Delta Hotels by Marriott Little Rock West

The hotel was very nice, clean and bed was so comfortable.

There was a birthday party going on in the pool area, so with the 30 guests there we didn’t use the pool area.

I checked in on June 9, 2025 The bed was comfortable.

The clerk gave me a room at the far end of the hotel, I requested another room, which probably was the worst room, the A/C was very noisy and the TV didn't work, maintenance came to the room to fix the TV, he couldn't get it to work, told me he be right back but never returned. The only ice maker working was on the 5th floor. Cleaning staff left an uncapped bottle of cleaning chemical in the bathroom. The guy working the front desk when I checked in was more interesting in watching a movie on his phone during his shift. The only good thing about this hotel was checking out !! I highly recommend staying somewhere else.

It's was a beautiful property.

It was hot. Hot inside. The room never got to a comfortable temperature regardless of the setting so it was warm.

The trip started out great but I had to get moved out of one room. The air-conditioning ended up going out had to move to a whole Nother hotel so I have nothing positive to say about this experience.

The first night they had to change the room because the young man said he would send maintenance up because the TV wasn’t acting right so when I went downstairs, he had another set of keys for me to change rooms. The next night went out with the family came back in the room was 90°. It wouldn’t have been too bad had them had. They had told me, but nobody told me anything and I walked right past the front desk so when I called to ask for some FaceTime because they didn’t leave any, he said that he would bring them up or when he brought them up I asked about the air conditioner and that’s when he told me the air was off. The room was 85° by me not being from Little Rock Arkansas. I didn’t have nowhere to go in the middle of the night so it’s 6 o’clock I end up going to my car to sleep at 10 o’clock. I went in and asked about There and they said it should be all shortly. Finally they said I could go to another hotel. They would give me my money back so now not only am I don’t have nowhere to sleep to find a hotel in Little Rock where I feel safe and secure. There are so many things that could have been done better. They should have paid for my other Hotel, even though they gave me the money back because that was there Mistake not mad and I know they didn’t break the air-conditioning but they could’ve made me feel welcome like I saw them do other people, but that’s a whole Nother story but at the end of the day I would never book Delta Marriott again or booking.com

The bed was comfortable

When I first got to the hotel, staff was on her personal cell phone talking to someone. I was charged $26 more than what I was quoted on booking.com instead of paying $119.60 I was charged $145.60. When we got to the room door there was a moldy smell from the carpet and puddles of water in front of the room door with a utility fan. The internet did not work the first 45 minutes we were there. Before checkout a housekeeping staff member opened my room door. If we didn't have the extra lock on the door she would have pushed the door all the way open.

When we got up to our room I set the temperature to 65 and left. When I got back later that evening the temperature didn’t move from 70. After turning it off and on, the room got hotter not cooler. So after calling the main desk they sent someone up at 12am to fix the room because it just kept getting hotter The man came in and said “oh yeah it’s broken” Proceeds to try to fix it for 30 minutes. After saying he fixed it and left, the room did cool down a little but was still warm. The breaking point that was so disgusting, is finding ROACHES in the hotel room. We immediately left and made this aware to the front desk person. He said that a manager would call me ( 5 days later ) there has been no call… no message…. No email…. I told him I have picture proof if he needed it, he said “oh no I believe you” and reassured me again that someone would contact me…..

The beds were comfortable. Morning staff were nice.

The bar was not open. They had a sign stating that the alcohol license had been applied for. The room thermostat wasn’t working. It was rust in the restroom and discolored tubs. The pool area lights were broken. The area had a lot of homeless people .

I actually like everything about this location. The area that the hotel is in, the rooms, the staff that I encountered. I had a really pleasant stay.

The only complaint that I have about my stay here would be that the poll was dirty.

We were there because my sister had surgery..the beds were soft and omg love the blankets..

That there were no trash bags in the trash cans ...

I liked the open lobby/breakfast and dinner area. And I also liked that the hotel was clean and smelled nice.

It was clean and had heat.

It took a while to get the desk clerk's attention... he was playing on his phone and not paying any attention to people around him. Then, even though the room was supposed to be ready, it wasn't. Short wait. I had requested a walk-in shower, due to a disability. I was told they didn't have any at that hotel. The mattresses were lumpy, and very uncomfortable, almost painful. The evening staff looked quite rumpled, not professional at all.

Besides the internet being slow it was a nice stay..

It was close to everything

Had to switch rooms 2 times the bathrooms were inoperable. The first room the bathtub was clogged and debris was backing up into the tub. The sink stopper wouldn’t release from the sink. The second room had a foul odor and the bathtub was also inoperable

I liked that the property was modern.

I didn’t like that everything was stained and dirty. Pee stains on the bed brown stains on the towels, black stains on the covers and makeup on the pillows. There were no trash bags in the trash cans. The front desk was rude when I brought up my concerns and made an employee off the clock bring us more linens and didn’t even get a proper comforter. (I know he was off duty cause the front desk didn’t put me on hold when telling the employee to bring us new.) I did not want to make my own bed after driving for 18 hours, yet I had to. There was no offer for compensation and not even a sorry, just a “we are overbooked I don’t have anything else for you”

Staff and housekeeping.

Advertising an indoor pool means it's indoor. Chose this hotel for pool but it was connected to outdoor water so freezing cold. Hardly no snacks or beverages other than beer, water, and diet coke available. Ice machine broken. ATM machine broken. Luggage cart had flat wheel. No microwave in room.

Bathroom is little small and shower curtain isn’t long enough to keep water in the shower. Other then that the room was great

The lady that checked us In and out.Was very friendly.

The TV did not work, the pool was filthy. The coffee pot did not work.

Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay at the property. Previous reviews noted the cleanliness of the facilities. The bathroom ceiling was peeling and had black mold. I paid for two queen beds and the breakfast buffet. The staff on site said they did not have a record of this and made no attempt to resolve the issue. My husband went down to discuss the breakfast issue and then tried to get a couple of cups of coffee. They were going to charge for the coffee and then told him that he couldn't take coffee to the room from the lobby area. Needless to say, we should have elected to stay at the Embassy Suites nearby.

The location was great.

Our bathroom wasn’t clean. There was butt crust and hair on the toilet. There weren’t any towels in the room and when my husband asked for some, there weren’t any wash clothes. The breakfast was NOT included as it’s advertised on this website. It is $15.95 per person and had about 5 options. Also, coffee was an additional $3. The customer service was poor and it was apparent that the staff had poor communication amongst themselves.
