The staff. Two guys at the front never greeted me made me wait longer than others. Help others who came in after me. I was too tired to say anything and just waited until one of them finally checked me in.

The bed

The whole hotel needs to be repaired. There was chipping paint everywhere. The carpets were disgusting. One of the elevators was not working. The elevators are too small. The luggage cart barely fit. Also the hotel room doors would slam shut on their own. The breakfast was horrible. The pancake machine wasn’t working. Everything was bland and poorly made. It all tasted artificial and toxic. We took it up to our room and couldn’t eat it. We threw it away.

Never will I stay here again!!

The guy who check us in was rude!! I ask to be on the side of Wyoming said in the reservation and he said I didn’t! It was there and he said if I wanted I would have to wait till 7pm!! Also one elevator for 8 floors finally took the stairs to the room and room was dirty bathroom was dirty! Dirty towels!!

I want someone from booking.com to call me! Free breakfast!! The sausage tasted like it was bad and the eggs had no taste!! Potatoes okay biscuit cold!! Gravy watery!! Ceral was the best choice!!

The windows need to be insulated; you are able to hear all the traffic Noice from outside. Also, the lighting under the door was too bright. The restroom had no hooks to hang towels or anything else.

Very clean room

I loved that they had laundry facilities. We had been traveling for two weeks on west coast so getting to El Paso we were able to do Laundry and get to our destination with clean cloths .

one whole side of the hotel is right above a freeway with trucks all night, it was like a concrete echo chamber, noisy all night. There was hardly anyone at the hotel, obviously the staff knows about the noise, why didnt they put me on the quiet side of the hotel? I even told the reception I had just been driving 10 hours. Lame

Trash don’t stay unless you wanna stay up all night there was no pictures worth taking so we didn’t take any

I didn’t like anything about this property unless you like concrete mattresses and their pool needs to be torn out and replaced. They have metal steps that scraped me and my child that you can’t even get out of the pool we had to climb the concrete pool walls.

Day staff was very, very rude. I disliked every single thing about this property, especially the concrete beds.

Excellent place to stay a few days. Very good breakfast and staff is friendly AND professional.

The location was very good. Quiet downtown area and not many shops but I enjoyed the relaxed vibe. A few nice earing places. Luigi pizza was a great surprise as was Taconeta. El Paso is VEEY spread out so next time I may get a rental car. Check out museum of international art!!!

Only thing was choice of tv selections but it actually worked in my favor as I caught up on reading and meditation and SLEEPING.

The bed was comfortable. It was relatively clean and the view was great.

There were no towels, and when I called front desk they made me come downstairs soaking wet to get them.
