Great bed & breakfast experience all around!

I was very pleased with my stay and found the pictures and reviews to be accurate. The host made me feel welcome to the spacious house and prepared a lovely breakfast each morning! Breakfast time was a great culinary experience and also provided a perfect opportunity to connect with the other guests in the house. My room was very large and VERY quiet :) Even though the location is a bit far from Vancouver and in a mostly residential area, there is public transportation right around the corner -- very convenient and safe.

"Wonderful stay!"

The host was exceptionally friendly, and the home itself was beautifully maintained, clean, and very spacious. Our room was cozy, with a comfortable bed and pillows and a clean, attached bathroom. A major bonus was the massage chair, which my elderly mom enjoyed so much after a long day of sightseeing and shopping, + the laundry facilities were very easy to use. The breakfast was a surprisingly wonderful highlight, featuring a fantastic variety of delicious dim sum. We also appreciated the convenience of free, on-site parking

Simply the best, better than all the rest.....

We have stayed over the years at a number of hotels and B and B's, but this by far is the best we have ever experienced! William is the most welcoming host my wife and I have ever met, you are not staying at a bed and breakfast or a hotel, you are welcomed not as a guest but as a friend into a wonderful home, nothing is too much trouble, you are given a fully guided tour of the facilities on offer not just in your room but in the guest lounge downstairs, that is filled with treats, soft drinks and more than you could ever wish for. Our room was pure luxury, again with soft drinks in the fridge to help ourselves too and a television system I could only dream of having, the bathroom was beyond our expectations with a walk in shower and spa bath, and a bed that was so comfortable to collapse into at the end of the day. Breakfast was the highlight, you are met by William and invited into the kitchen to feast upon traditional Taiwanese food cooked to absolute perfection by his wonderful wife, it is an opportunity to immerse yourself into a culinary feast, don't say no until you have tried it for yourselves. We stayed three nights and loved every minute, we left with a heavy heart but a big thank you from William and an even bigger hug from him as we said goodbye, in William's words he want's to send people away happy, you certainly achieved that with us, we can't wait to return, its worth a minimum 11 out of 10. From Maggie and Steve thank you for an amazing end to our Canadian trip!!

Great stay!

William was such a great host! He met and guided us through the property, making sure we knew how to get in an out of the house and our room. We also loved that there were plenty of provisions. We were sad that we had to leave so early and miss the breakfast we’ve seen so many reviews rave about.

A top notch B&B better than any other we have experienced! Just plain EXCELLENT!

An excellent experience! William was an ideal host, meeting us with a warm greeting and a personal tour of all the amenities. A custom made Asian breakfast every morning was phenomenal. Also available was an assortment of breads, cereals, yogurt, waffles. Snacks, coffee and tea were available 24 hours, along with ice cream!. Our room (the deluxe King) was amazing. Large, comfortable, every amenity imaginable. Impeccably maintained, beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, huge bathroom. Even our own refrigerator stocked with water, soda and juice. TV service better than any I've ever seen, with channels available in every language. As Americans, we thoroughly enjoyed our interaction with the other international guests and with William. A leisurely atmosphere conducive to conversation and the exchange of ideas and experience. I would gladly rate Jessica House as 10++! When we return to Vancouver, this is the only B&B we will stay at!

What a find! Good price so close to the airport. William, the host, is delightful and couldn't do enough to make our stay excellent. Very friendly welcome into this lovely home with a whole table - and more- of snacks to keep us going. The room was huge and luxurious with a gorgeous bathroom stocked with quality toiletries. Very comfortable bed and all spotlessly clean. Breakfast was something else! All the usual cereals, toast, fruit, yoghurt, plus a couple of freshly cooked delicious Taiwanese dishes. Great location with a lovely walk into the harbour area. Couldn't have been better, thank you William & Jessica for your wonderful hospitality 😊

An incredibly clean and relaxing b&b with amazing food, facilities and the most thoughtful hosts!

The host, William, was extremely welcoming. They provided an array of snacks and hot and cold drinks and an incredibly delicious breakfast of dim sum. It was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, very much needed after 10 days in a campervan! The location is great, a lovely 30 min stroll along the beach or through the immaculate neighbourhood to Steveston- a pretty harbour with good fish restaurants. We wish we booked for another night, it was a better nights sleep and facilities than any hotel we stayed in. They have gone above and beyond!

Very comfortable and well organized

Excellent B&B. Both our room and the general living and eating rooms were superbly furnished. We could spend free time with refreshments in the living room. Our host organized everything perfectly. We got a wonderful breakfast specifically cooked for us. Our host organized a very comfortable transfer to Tsawwassen Port. We can only warmly recommend this place.
