Did not disclose that they wouldn’t take my child on their shuttle until the day of the trip, as I was getting on the plane to fly home. Had to rebook to accommodations with shuttle service. Added stress to an already stressful day.

My stay was on the quiet side for 2 days. Easy for transportation on the public bus to the city centre. Area is a nice quiet neighborhood!

While Patrick was cordial, we found him quite impersonal. The unit was quiet and comfortable. The bed was clean as were all of the linens… However, the walls and baseboards, in particular in the bathroom and shower area was not clean. Heavy dust on baseboards and door moldings, as well as cobwebs and human hair around the shower and behind the bathroom door.

I loved having the slide door to the outside in my room. Shared kitchen and bathroom space. Worth the money to stay. In and out way to go. No tv a quiet place. Would recommend and you get to leave a note to put on the wall afterwards.

This was in a quiet neighborhood with easy bus/train access to downtown. We appreciated Patrick's help in negotiating transportation and suggestions for activities. It was also great to have transport from the airport and to the cruise terminal. All in all a nice stay.

The entrance is dark and ugly, the “common eating area is so unattractive. The host was kinda rude at the beginning. After I said I didn’t like his tone of voice he changed.

Pleasant staff. Comfortable beds and clean bedding, nice blankets. Need to put darker curtains, too bright in early morning. There’s a toaster there, but no bread or jam. Only two kinds of cereals for breakfast. Probably more hooks on the wall for clothes. They let us check in earlier, very appreciated . We had a nice stay. Thanks

The property is clean and quiet. Two rooms shared bathroom across the living area which doesn’t go well with me. There were no tv and iron provided but Patrick was nice, allowed me to use the dryer at the hallway to smoothen my clothes. Overall, It’s a nice place to stay for the price.

The other person in the room next door was very noisy and I had to go tell them to be quiet at 2 am. Otherwise it was fine, serviceable and clean enough.
