This was in a quiet neighborhood with easy bus/train access to downtown. We appreciated Patrick's help in negotiating transportation and suggestions for activities. It was also great to have transport from the airport and to the cruise terminal. All in all a nice stay.

The entrance is dark and ugly, the “common eating area is so unattractive. The host was kinda rude at the beginning. After I said I didn’t like his tone of voice he changed.

Pleasant staff. Comfortable beds and clean bedding, nice blankets. Need to put darker curtains, too bright in early morning. There’s a toaster there, but no bread or jam. Only two kinds of cereals for breakfast. Probably more hooks on the wall for clothes. They let us check in earlier, very appreciated . We had a nice stay. Thanks

The property is clean and quiet. Two rooms shared bathroom across the living area which doesn’t go well with me. There were no tv and iron provided but Patrick was nice, allowed me to use the dryer at the hallway to smoothen my clothes. Overall, It’s a nice place to stay for the price.

The other person in the room next door was very noisy and I had to go tell them to be quiet at 2 am. Otherwise it was fine, serviceable and clean enough.

Recommend for overnight layovers or short visit to the area. Priced well. Comfortable and quiet. Coffee, tea, cereal and milk available plus small appliances should you wish to bring food. Excellent shuttle service for fee. Well worth it.

The instructions for getting to the house from the recommended public transport, was very vague and not useful. Road names to walk and follow were not included. There were a few small bedrooms in a basement. Continental breaskfast was fine and generous. Restaurants were a 15 min walk away.

Firstly, didn’t realize that we had a shared bathroom. There was a room with a private bath, which is I guess what we were thinking we were getting. We are older and that wasn’t exactly the best for us. The bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable to sleep in, we did need a couple interesting people and that made this stay worth it. Also, there was no bath mat for the floor so if you stepped out of the shower, you were dripping onto the floor we met Patrick, who let us in and he was quite nice to get to the bathroom, you have to pass by people who might be eating breakfast, which made it a little awkward in the morning. If those things don’t bother you, I guess it was OK.
