The room and hotel were nice, but I’m very disappointed with my view

location is good, we just grab breakfast in starbucks.

Check in time is 4 pm we came past 4 pm but still room is not ready staff in the reception told me to call me if the room is ready but they did not call me till almost 9 pm if I did not go back to follow up to them i did n’t know its ready. Expensive though, no microwave in the room unlike other hotels, incomplete toiletries.

I liked the breakfast at brew brothers where we met in the morning, had a hearty meal before beginning our day. Staff was cordial and polire. We loved the proximity to gondola ride and stores. We’ll definitely come back!

We were sad to learn that Harrah’s discontinued buffet. We were looking forward to eating there. Hope they bring it back

Harrah's was once great, now it's just a decent location.

The location is always nice, with so many in-house amenities, and the link to The Wolf (previously, Harveys) via the tunnel.

There were a lot of discrepancies between what was advertised on the official Caesar's website, the Harrah's website, in the building, and from the staff. Even their AI, Ivy, couldn't clarify and only made things more complicated. Moreover, housekeeping was abysmal, almost nonexistent. It took three days of asking the front desk 1) in the morning and 2) in the evening to please, please, please replenish out toiletries (out of toilet paper for days). We were always told "you are on the list" and excused, told to go back to the room so we could wait for housekeeping but no one came. On the 5th day of our stay we finally posted at the front desk and waited until someone brought us a bag of toilet paper, towels, and other amenities.

Great location, rooms were clean, comfortable and surprisingly spacious.

They need to update their tvs, and some outlets were not working. The lobby personnel were great, helpful and respectful. On the other hand, the staff at the casino and the restaurant on property were rude answering questions with sarcasm.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Room had two bathrooms that proved valuable as we had to leave early in the morning.

Not enough towels. We had two rooms and order towels for one of the. The towels never arrived. The next day we found out that the towels were sent to the incorrect room. Heater didn’t work in one of the rooms. The techs were not able to fix it so my guest were cold.

Customer service really bad didn't receive us appropriately. when checking in. they wanted to give me only one room when I booked 2 because I needed 2. when I told them I booked them through booking .com they said THATS WHY WE CANT SEE How many rooms you booked ( funny how they found my reservation but with just 1 room) . I asked them to do joined rooms since my parents are over 70 and visiting from foreign country , I wanted them to feel safe and comfortable. They said UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE , rooms ended 6 doors apart.and the TV in their room was not working well but they were to shy to tell me. The room was comfortable , but found to much hair on bathroom .got a swiffer and cleaned it my self (I was already to tired dealing with past issue) . I have to say I had a better experience in Bally's Hotel but wanted to try Harrahs casino .. Oh and the view , not much light coming in because the huge wall of the parking building was a few steps in front .

The room was very musty. smelling also, some machinery in the ceiling was going. Make alot of noise all night Long.We could not sleep. I notified the staff when I checked out but got no help. Also, the parking was a mess. The card that gave me for parking did not work. We are handicapped, so it was a big deal running around.

Two bathrooms in the room! Great! Too bad that the heat lamp in one did not work. ☹️

Main complaint was that the dresser drawers kept opening, leaving a walking hazard between the bed and the dresser. I informed front desk and asked if discount could be applied. She said I’d have to contact Booking.com. At checkin reception was going to give us a smoking room but my reservation thru Booking.com stated non-smoking room. They found this room for us. Room seemed to be an overflow room of some sort that was not really ready for guests. Besides heat lamp and drawers opening, there was a missing picture from the wall. Very disappointing for a room that cost me over $300/night.

Great location! Walking distance to Heavenly Village and many other shops/restaurants nearby. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay in a hotel that is very convenient and elegant, but a bit outdated.

The location is perfect. The staff we encountered was very nice & personable. Having two bathrooms is VERY convenient! The overall feel of the hotel & casino is very elegant/upscale; however, it is outdated & needs refreshing! We had an amazing meal at Friday Station Steak & Seafood the last night of our stay.

The hotel is old and needs updating; many of the hotel features did not work properly/need refreshing: *We really missed not having a full-service restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner (formerly called the American River Cafe). There is an alternative, but it is more like a bar/coffee shop that serves meals as an aside. *The elevators need refurbishing, as not all of the buttons light up and some of the panels within are peeling. *The parking arms do not work properly, which is very inconvenient. We had trouble getting our vehicle out a few times. *The lighting throughout the casino & in the hotel rooms is not bright/modern enough. *The bathrooms throughout the hotel (in hotel common areas and in the rooms) could use some updating. In the stand-up shower, there is nowhere to put your shampoo, conditioner, etc. Some of the automatic flushing toilets in the casino areas were not working properly. *Neither of our rooms keys worked after check in, so we had to go down and get replacement keys.

It was old .. holes in the walls.. refrigerator did not work .. I paid for a view of the lake however got a view of the parking lot .. elevator broke down only one was working had to use the staff elevator.. was woken up by hotel staff at 7 am doing repairs to the room next door .. asked for another room however the room they were trying to move us to was in worse shape .. we checked out early .. the hotel still charged us for the full Stay we are currently disputing the charges

The hotel was dated to say the least. It smelled like smoke when you walked in. The cost was really high for the service. We tried room service and they don't have that. Both of our parties had to quesion additional parking fees on our bills and they took them off.
