I was quite frustrated with a flight that had been cancelled -- after several delays. It was as so refreshing to be greeted by your staff with a big smile, concern for my safety and helpful gestures. The bed was also quite comfortable. My only suggestion for improvement is to update your shuttle bus.
The shuttle bus was dirty, rickety and old.

The pool was dirty as well as the carpet in our room. I also did not like being on the first floor.
