Night shift front desk you can hardly understand, no willingness for customer service, 1st room couldn’t get in the room keypad defective 2nd room TV didn’t work 3rd room shower knob completely broken , can’t even turn it on at all with no desire to fix anything

The hotel was clean, in a convenient location and the staff was friendly.

I liked how clean it was and the location. it was close to restaurants, stores, etc

My key card stopped working a few times and I had to go back to the front desk to get it reactivated. People kept propping the outside door open with a rock. The door should always be closed because it is in the back of the building and your key card is needed to unlock it.

A little bit of heaven right here on earth .

Exceptionally clean, surprisingly the pictures are the same, I never had the pictures look exactly as the room. In fact, in person the room was better than I did not expect. The beds were sooo comfortable I got myself comfortable and I was out like a light. I slept better there than my home. The staff were sooo friendly, and that makes you feel like they really do care about you. It was the best time and place Thank you for making my family an I very happy and safe.

THE BREAKFADT OPTIONS WER3 TERRIBLE, THERE WER3 ONLY 3 THINGS TO CHOOSE FROM WITH NO MEATS OR EGGS MY CHILDREN COULD ACTUALLY EAT, THE FLOOR WAS COVERED WITH SYRUP AND HAD TO CLEAN 10 PAIRS OF FLIPS IT WAS THQT BAD, I SPOKE TO ASSOCIATES WHO DID NOTHING AND WE WAITING 35 MINS FOR MORE WAFFLE MIX TH3 MORNING WAS TERRIBLE, I WOULD HVE STAY SOME WHER3 ELS3 HAD I KNOW I WOULD BE SPENDING $60 AT MC DONALDS WHEN YOU ALL SAID BREAKFAST WAS PROVIDED WOULD NEVER REFER SORRY

Best stay ever!

Everything! Gorgeous hotel! After a very long day of flights, Seattle to Chicago, then to Indianapolis, the receptionist at the front desk was so friendly when checked in really late on 4/9/23. Wish I got her name. Beautiful lobby, plenty of luggage carts. Plenty of luggage unloading room. Up to our 4th floor 1 bedroom suite. Beautiful room-so well maintained. Very large accessible bathroom,-fluffy towels, lovely toiletries, really nice comfy couch, desk area. Kitchen space had dishes, cups, utensils, 2 burner stove top, spotless microwave, big fridge. Nice dining table. Room very well lit, with pretty lamps. Room was spotless! And oh the bed? Wanted to take it with us-so comfy! Plenty of coffee supplies in our room. We called ahead and our request for extra coffee supplies were waiting for us. Breakfast in the lobby breakfast area was a star! Coffee, teas, flavored creamers, and the breakfast room was gorgeous-plenty of tables, like in your home dining room. French toast, egg omelets, sausage, fried potatoes, 3 juice choices, so many hot options, plenty of cereal, different breads for toasting, waffle maker, pastries, bagels, and all the condiments you can imagine. The kind of stay you talk about for years. We would stay there again absolutely!!

Quiet area. Clean lobby. Nice pool and hot tub. Decent breakfast. Full kitchen in room. Room was large and beds comfy.

Floor in our room needs tile replaced it was broke and hurt to walk over, pinches skin and well on a foot that isn't ever a good feeling. Lamp didn't work in Living room. Previous guest used blankets dirty in the pull out couch. Hot water didn't work well at all, lucky to be luke warm at best.

Stains on carpet, walls and doors, item left in bathtub, Chester drawers would not stay shut, kept opening. Someone was suppose to come to the room to clean the Stains off the carpet, no one came.

Not worth the money

The food was ok

The room had a smell to it. My daughter found a piece of old food under the TV in the stand though. The shower and bath had hairs in it. The bed wasn't comfy at all. The hallway stunk like poop from garbage cans I assume or ice machine. The pool was the ONLY thing we wanted to do and being a indoor pool we expected it to be warm it was not in the slightest bit. My daughter was so disappointed that she couldn't swim for very long because she would start shivering. I even asked 3 different people about it and no one turned it up. The water was extremely salty to if you got it on your lips or anything. I was not happy with the tv trying to watch anytime the TV satellite would go in and out every 5 to 7 mins during the shows. I was not impressed at all with the hotel this time. We stayed here last year as well and it was not as good then either so we gave it one more try this year only to be let down yet again.
