Excellent location, just a 5 min walk to niagra falls.

The location is superb, hardly 500 meters from niagra falls. Sufficient parking space. Just next to skylon tower. Just next to casino resort and next to hilton hotel. Outstanding location. Plenty of eating options very nearby.

The room heater was terrible. Imagine it's freezing (below zero temperature) outside as well as inside the room. They do not have even the basic electric kettles in the room. No water bottles and no basic crockery in the room. No exhaust fans to remove the bad odour from the room. The so called continental breakfast was disappointing. Breakfast is just a name sake to attract more bookings.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable

The pool was filthy and freezing. We had to use the pool net to fish out beer cans. The staff were not friendly at all.

Not Recommended — Poor Cleanliness & Inconvenient Location

Staff were generally polite. I requested a specific yogurt during breakfast. At first, I was told it wasn’t available, but later someone brought it to me. Either they had it and didn’t want to give it initially, or someone took it for themselves and changed their mind — either way, I appreciated the effort in the end. I was allowed to check out 30 minutes late, which was helpful.

The room was small and unclean, with flies inside and a dirty floor. The location is not ideal — no direct WEGO bus access. You have to walk at least 10 minutes to the nearest stop. I noticed the hotel’s own website listed a lower price than what I paid through Booking.com. I asked for a price match, but they refused because I didn’t book directly through them. I mentioned I could have canceled my booking until 6 PM that day and rebooked, but I chose not to — thinking they’d be flexible. Unfortunately, they weren’t.

Close to all of the attractons and the price can't be beat. But you get what you pay for.

Location can't be beat, although if you have mobility issues you should know that it's all uphill when returning from the Falls.

Very dirty: dirty sheets on the bed, dirty bathroom. Pretty disgusting. Included breakfast is pretty bad, from selection to the actual sitting area which doesn't have any tables, just a limited amount of sitting by the countertop that runs along the breakfast room, which is tiny.

The hotel has a good location, near most of the interest points in Niagara Falls, but not in the overcrowded and noisy part of the city. The room is comfortable and the service simple, but adequate, with great value for the price

The cleanliness left a little bit to deserve, with cobwebs everywhere in the inn and some dirty surfaces in the room

Location is ordinary but at a walking distance from the Falls wich makes it a bargain. Good for the price.

Surprise 15$ parking surcharge. For the principle we declined and chose on street parking nearby. Cleanliness ok, smelly rug.

Niagara Falls - great option

Great location, pool was clean and refreshing. The room was clean and silent which is lovely in Niagara Falls. Check in and out was very easy. The room was quite large and was very clean inside.

Most of our lights had no lightbulbs in them so we couldn't use them. The curtain is not big enough for the window and let in some light. A sleeping mask was needed.

Hidden Gem

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The pool was beautiful and very well kept. Our room was nice, and you can see where remodeling has been occurring. The shower was awesome! The location is perfect. A short walk to the falls, Fallsview Casino, and tim hortons is just around the corner. We will definitely be booking here again. It was perfect for our needs.Bring your own blow dryer and iron as they are not supplied.

There is no place to hang your clothes. With no available iron, I was a bit wrinkled, but I don't think anyone noticed. 😊

Property was clean and in an awesome spot. Not to busy and not to far away from the fun stuff. Staff is AMAZING !! My car battery died as I was trying to leave the manager helped me out and boosted my car. Thank you again !!

Extra parking charge is unfair and very bad frozen breakfast.

My room was clean. Near to falls. Not much walkable for family with kids as you have to go down a hill, which is easy, but have to go up all the hill to reach back the motel.

Extra $15 for parking which is not informed while booking. Any booking is non refundable, so informing after booking is bad. Breakfast is a scam, just frozen pancake and bread. Especially since the price is similar to similar star hotels nearby with free parking and good breakfast.

They went over and above! We told them it was our anniversary on our booking. When we got to the room, there were towel swans and balloons in our room. Was a very sweet surprise. The location was very close to the falls and main strip - about a 10 min walk at most. It is a motel and not a hotel, but as long as you are comfortable with that, I highly recommend this place. Super friendly staff and a warm welcome and departure. It completely met our expectations and the images online are exactly what we saw. The pool and parking lot were clean and linens and towels were also new and clean. 10/10 for our stay.
