If I had the room I paid for I would’ve enjoyed my stay

The property was ok, when we walked into our room the bed was a mess.

Ann arbor cheapest one around

The location was great the main road was about 200meters from the location. It was awesomeness quiet. No screaming kits or running in the hallway. Its the cheapest in the area. Even it's short Cummings is not as bad as other places ive been. Alot of open parking. Food options for around the area are quite great.

Blinds where broken. The lamp next to the bed didnt work. The faucet didnt lock for a good shower. The connected restaurant went out of business. Couldn't turn off the heater. Just set it lower. Vending machines not filled regularly. 50.00 insurance cover for the room after I paid in full though booking its been 6 days still haven't got back yet.

Couple and mother

The beds were comfortable and clean and I enjoyed the welcome bag. Check out time was later (noon) and I liked that even though we had to check out earlier for an appt.

Room was broken down and dirty. Needed vacuumed between bed and walls, end table between beds had something pink spilled on it, blinds were broken, tiles in bathroom broken, sharp and grout missing, shower head fell apart, towels were rough and only 3 available.

The breakfast was very good hot enough and very nice choices.

There was no heat in our first room so we had to move.. there was no hot water in the bathroom sink. The beds were uncomfortable, way too soft. I liked thhe pillows, but my daughter did not.

It got us threw our trip but would not recommend.

It was comfortable but not sure it was worth the money.

Had two rooms, o e of them had no extra TP, no shampoo,conditioner or body wash in shower. We had to find a housekeeping person for these items. No juices at breakfast either day of our stay.

Nice place to stay on the outskirts of Ann Arbor.

Location was perfect for my activities. It was quiet at night. Room was clean & had good lighting, comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Great natural foods grocery store next door!

Near impossible to find (NO SIGNAGE at all). Breakfast was very standard fare. My room looked out over the entrance canopy and I could not see anything other than a sliver of sky.

Hotel felt dirty, our TV wasn't working when we arrived (tried to fix and didn't, but they weren't interested in discounting our room), most staff were less than friendly. Would not stay again.

For a last minute decision (Wednesday) to stay in Ann Arbor Thursday night due to an early doctor visit at U of M Hospital, the rate was exceptional compared to other nearby hotels. (It was only 15 minutes away from the hospital.) There were several very nice restaurant options in the immediate vicinity. The staff was very nice and they had afternoon freshly made cookies for guests in the lobby area. The room was perhaps a little smaller than other hotels I've stayed in recently (and the bath sink had a smaller amount of counter space than others), there was plenty of room for our needs and the king bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast was much, much better than I expected it would be for the room rate charged. This is an excellent choice for a stay in northeast Ann Arbor! It would certainly be worth a look by others planning a stay and will be my choice if I have a need to stay again. Excellent Hotel!

They could have had plain instant oatmeal packets; they only had 3 different flavored oatmeal options. Also, perhaps another non-sugary boxed dry cereal option (shredded wheat or raisin bran); they did, I think, have rice krispies.

This was not what I expected; pictures made it look much better.

Breakfast was good; front desk staff was very nice. Free parking. Bathroom was clean and so was the room (it was an accessible room which I did not reserve but it was fine).

For the price, it was below average. There was nothing walking distance to eat. Ubers are hard to find; I was cancelled 3x at 4:3oam to get to airport and luckily I called Ann Arbor Taxi service I found on google and they picked me up right away and I barely made my flight. The roof on the hallway had mold on the tiles. The rug was old.

I have never left a review but after what we paid and what we got I felt it was necessary. It was very dirty, everywhere we looked. The front desk is the only decent area in the hotel. Pool was shut down, very disappointed after paying $750 for 1 night 2 rooms. Won’t stay again.

Reasonable Uber Ride from the Big House

We went to a concert. It was a reasonable Uber ride from Michigan Stadium.

We killed 3 large bugs in our room. By the windows there were some cobwebs.

Breakfast was the only decent thing about this hotel.

I did not receive the room I reserved and paid for. They said those rooms were sold out which is ridiculous since I requested and paid for it. How can it have been sold out? I ended up getting a room with a full size bed and a couch when I had specifically reserved one with two beds because I was traveling with my daughter. The room’s air conditioner barely worked. Staff was never at the counter. I would definitely not recommend.

Sticky note put on one and only key card they could provide at check in because they had no card envelopes and not enough key cards for people who still needed to check in. In addition, the pool was closed, the gym was not really a gym, no coat hangers in the room, they did not have enough towels and the room smelled horribly. My husband eats anything and refused to eat the scrambled eggs. We left to go to another hotel and they said we can’t check you out because you already paid through Booking.com so no refund either. First time in my life I did not get a room as reviewed. This was a bad experience.

A nice place to sleep.

Rooms were nice. Breakfast was more that just pastries. Location was good for getting into town easily.

Needs some updating on the floors themselves. Carpet was older and room number signage looked hand written with a sharpie and paper. Landscaping outside makes the place look abandoned.

Great value, exceeded expectations.

Value was very excellent. Included breakfast, coffee/tea station available all day, welcome gift was provided. Room was clean and had a microwave and mini-frig. Location was around many casual restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance.

Breakfast in the morning was very crowded with many guests eating at 8:30 am on Friday morning. Had to waiting awhile for the eggs to be cooked and replenished.
