More breakfast options would have been nice such as scrambled eggs and a meat option but good for complimentary with the stay

good price, relatively clean, good location. staff was nice

The breakfast was a joke I’m sorry. you can’t set out a waffle maker and some dry cereal and call it a “continental breakfast” - it was sad. part of why i booked the stay, and we ended up just having to pay for food elsewhere. also the walls are crazy thin. felt like i was in college again. the place wasn’t as clean as id want or expect from a hotel either. also i know it’s a “microtel” but idk if i could ever stay in a room that small again. i about lost my mind and it doesn’t help that every square inch of the room is covered in signage or something i don’t need

Good value, but not extremely comfortable.

We traveled to an appt at UM Medical Center in Ann Arbor. I requested a room close to the lobby and elevator because my husband is disabled and would possibly be using a walker or need a wheelchair. We were placed in a room at the end of the hall (close to an outside access door), so he had to walk the length of the entire hallway. The bed was noisy because it was on a metal frame. The room is small and didn't afford the space to have a comfortable chair (there is a padded bench by the window and a desk chair). It is a continental breakfast which I don't mind, but my husband would prefer a hot breakfast. For all these reasons we probably will not stay here again.

Decent but rooms could use soundproofing

The hotel was decent for location, value, and cleanliness. The bed was comfortable, but could have used another pillow.

the breakfast had something for everyone -- from waffles to muffins to pasties and yogurt. it was all quite delightful.

I found the staff extra friendly and very helpful with support services such as van pickups. No complaints.

Impressive night. Because, the last time when I visited Ann Arbor is 27 years ago.

Location is good. Ever green market is close, so we can prepare needed things, this is important for travelers.

You should announce that your hotel is close to huge market and gas station. Because I took much time to find huge market and gas station before check in.

Nice value but noisy

I was surprised at the quality of breakfast. Everything was delicious! Also, I was pleasantly surprised to find housekeeping, changed our sheets and refilled our towels.

My only complaint was how noisy the hotel is. I could hear every door closed, every toilet, flush, and anytime someone was walking as the floors are linoleum

Our room was across from the elevator and the dinging woke me repeatedly. My blueberry muffin was dry and powdery. Husband's danish was gooey. Room was small, as expected but comfortable.

Not very quiet. Plenty of traffic noise. There was a constant high pitched buzzing noise that drove me crazy when I was trying to sleep. Don't know what it was. If it hadn't been for the noise I would have no complaints.

If you're hoteling it, this is a great place to stay! Love the compact rooms.

The location was a perfect location for my Karl's Cabin Memorial, and my visits to the Matthaei Botanical Garden, the University of Michigan, a friend west of Ann Arbor, and the airport. I really liked the compact room!

I wish hotels would offer healthier breakfasts like better fruit choices. Too many carbohydrates and sugar. I recommend an oatmeal with no sugar (we can add our own), bananas, blueberries (you can buy frozen!), better apples than 'Delicious' like Gala or other. At least.

Very convenient for the graduation commencement. Best value for the most expensive season/occasion.

Our family attended the graduation commencement. Blue bus had a special route service from the hotel to the stadium back and forth. It was very convenience.

Small, quite a wait to get a waffle and congested to have access to food. Disorganized in finding cups for juice or bowls for cereal.

Convenient location that had adequate parking.

Bed in first room we tried was WAY TOO SOFT - uncomfortable. We asked for a new room, but staff was a bit rude, telling us that they had never gotten a comment like that before.
