    Hotel was under major renovations when arrived. 2-3-4 floors were gutted into the parking lots. Main entrances were both closed and blocked off by debris . Had to use a side fire door held open by cinder blocks. On line promises excellent amenities. But No pool, no breakfast, no workout room, very limited parking due to construction. Clerk very apologetic as he was getting hammered nastily by customers that book reservations. With rain and major doors removed the lobby was flooded as was the hall leading to the few downstairs rooms that were usable creating another physical danger. We did stay as location had no other rooms available in that area. I would like to speak to a representative from Agoda as desk clerk insisted they were told of the horrific conditions and told to alert their customers.

    Sold &booked as having pool & free breakfast with 3:00 arrival. The room was not ready until 5. Then, after signing in, advised pool closed & no breakfast. Now there's an Extra $80 -$160 expense. The room itself was adequate, but hallways were FILTHY, and bags of trashin hallway

    A massive overhaul of the hotel is starting today, I was never informed of this except by the very nice gentlemen at the front desk. There will be no running water, the front entrance is destroyed, the pool is closed.
