Dirty, most many things. Eileen, shampoo and conditioner BOTH would t come out of dispenser, breakfast was marginal at best… wo fizz on the side of the mattress. Won’t go back. Sorry if typos I can’t see my words on thai form

This hotel use to be a Hampton Inn. I am not sure much has been done to the facility since the sale. The room numbers are written in sharpie by the door. The rug in the hallway is filthy. The room and bathroom was okay. Stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never came. I never even saw housekeeping in the hallway. Went to downstairs to front desk to get toilet paper and ask if they even had housekeeping and was told I had to request it if I wanted it. That was certainly never communicated at check in. I don’t recommend this hotel. It’s run down and poorly run.

Traveling with my 95 year old father from Traverse City to Cleveland and needed somewhere to stop for the night. Staff was helpful and gave us rooms next to one another. Great value for the money. We both enjoyed our layover.
