Don’t waste your money here

Central location

Handicap accessible room was not handicap accessible by any means except for grab bars in the bathtub. The room is tiny and you would not be able to use a wheelchair in it. Light wasn’t working and staff wouldn’t come look at it

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, but tough location for non-drivers and bad coffee options

Location. Not very convenient or connected unless you're driving. No cafes nearby that are open on the weekend. Some roads may not have footpaths that make it super unsafe to walk. Only sweet options for vegetarians at breakfast.

It was a pleasant stay especially the breakfast

I needed a card to check in but booking.com told me I could pay at the hotel which also means I could pay cash and I had cash yet at check-in the staff refused to allow me and my colleague a and almost cancelled the reservation

The toilet seat had burn spots, the sink dripped all night long. There was a funky smell to the room. The refrigerator leaked water

Pluses and minuses

The location was good for what we needed, plus it felt safe. The desk staff were helpful and provided good customer service. Breakfast offerings were fine.

The *space* for breakfast was too small for the number of guests at this hotel. We stayed in a one bed room, and it was way too tight for two people. The sink is outside the bathroom interfering with the main walk space.

This hotel doesn’t just look great. Its lovely staff give it a soul that few other establishments can match!

The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, especially Xavier! We checked out quite late, but he was very understanding. When we were repacking our things in the lobby, he offered us some water, and we had a pleasant conversation with him. The rest of the staff also seemed really nice, but we unfortunately didn’t get to interact with them as much.

It is slightly out of the way, but not any more than most other hotels in Ann Arbor, and it could certainly have been harder to reach.

The strong weed smell in the lower level/lobby area at night was a bit “much.” My young children breathing this in was not my plan.

only one night stand in room. Had to move floor lamp next to bed so both my spouse and I could read. Stayed 3 nights. Same breakfast everyday.

Overall for the price it was a good stay. The hotel met all my needs and more.

I thought the room was fine, clean, had all the usual amenities, surprising for such a small space. There was a tiny gym I did not realize and also a small pool I was unaware of, not that I was going to use either with such a short stay. Staff were all very friendly. Check in and check out went smoothly.

The room was a bit small and with the desk, the chair and everything else it was a bit claustrophobic. The breakfast although pretty decent, could have been better.

Close to Ann Arbor and a lot places and not too far from DTW

Not very clean - I stayed here a year ago in the same room and it looked about the same cleanliness - there were ants crawling in the bathroom and yellow stains

Friendly staff, clean facility but no hot tub

Good -staff was friendly, breakfast had good variety for the size, room was clean but on the small side. Bad- pictures show hot tub but this location does not have one. Staff said they have tried to get home office to remove the picture but are having no luck. We wouldn't have stayed there if we had known there was no hot tub.

Good breakfast, nice pool, clean lobby and kitchen area friendly staff.

We enjoyed the pool and it was nice to have an all inclusive breakfast. People were very friendly.

The beds were a little soft and my husband suffered a back ache as a result. No one told us water was available at the front desk until our last day there. We had to ask.

Clean hotel, friendly staff

Extremely kind and helpful staff. Everyone was smiling and asking how they could help. Very nice breakfast too. There is an indoor pool as well.

Our room had very low water pressure…shower and faucet were a trickle and the toilet took a lonnnng time to refill.

The breakfast was very good. I was especially impressed with Ulysses, who took care of the breakfast. He was professional yet friendly. When he wasn't working with the food, he was cleaning and sanitizing the tables.
