Not happy

Clean and comfy.

Some reason I got Connected room. Next people was extremely noisy. Called and complained about the noise but reception wasn’t nice. Instead of change room they were saying we did told people next door about complaints, they promised not no Mae noise anymore. For me it was very unprofessional. Because of that next door people made more noise and had an attitude toward us. Knock the wall …etc. I wish hotel staff not to tell people next door about noise complaint.

Comfortable, good area, quiet and wonderful experience!

Had a great 1 night stay here with my boyfriend! The room was very clean, king sized bed was very comfortable with cotton sheets and a good mattress. Bathroom was also nice and clean, with a good shower. Overall nice stay after date night!

Wish there was more of the basic complimentarys given, had to call for a toothbrush and lotion.

No breakfast as advertised

Place was nice, clean, and easily accessible.

I paid for a room that came with breakfast. The website and listing shows there's a buffet style breakfast with eggs, bacon, waffle, ect. When I came to the food area in the morning there was only yogurt, coffee, and fruit. I believe it was false advertisement. And I do not believe it's right to pay for a breakfast that didn't exist. There was a cheaper option when booking that did not have breakfast included which is what I would have reserved had I known the truth.

The heater was super loud, and I couldn’t keep it on during the night while I was sleeping. I did realize that they had provided a white noise machine but I think it was to drown out the noise of the freeway. Maybe it might be good to upgrade the heaters and have double or triple glazed windows?

Unbelievable good! Better than expected

Absolutely Wonderful Stay! My experience at AC Hotel by Marriott was beyond expectations — truly one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Everything felt pleasant, welcoming, and perfectly organized. The front desk team was incredibly kind and helpful — especially the lady at reception, she was just super nice and made me feel genuinely cared for. Breakfast was another great surprise — delicious, beautifully presented, and totally worth it for just $22.90. The price is very reasonable, especially considering how good the food was. The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and feels brand new. For just a bit over $100 per night, it’s absolutely worth it. I can’t recommend this place enough — amazing service, great atmosphere, and overall a perfect experience!

they need to teach their staff how to approach guests, our privacy was invaded.

we like the location, it’s very convenient. inside the hotel is very clean & both times we’ve stayed here we’ve never had anything to complain about with it comes to cleanliness.

what we didn’t like about this property is that at 9am on our check out day (10/12/25) we were fully nude, in the middle of having an intimate moment together when a man, who we now know works as housekeeping, opened our door, didn’t say who he was and proceeded to ask us, “you check out today?” me and my partner were in shock. my partner told the staff member to get out of our room and he just repeated the same question again. my partner yelled once again to close our door and he finally closed it. my partner clothed himself & walked outside, by this point the man and his cart were by another room down the hall. my partner questioned him, asking what his deal was, then the staff member just asked the same question a third time. my partner then went down to the front desk to make a complaint & all they asked was if we had the “do not disturb” sign on our door. we didn’t think it mattered since we used the deadbolt lock. my partner went back to our room & the front desk called us to offer us an extra hour for check out. that didn’t help us seeing as how we had somewhere to be at 1:30 & our original checkout time was 12. then they called back an hour later to offer a free breakfast. we said we simply wanted our money back since our privacy had been invaded for no good reason. this man barged into our room at 9am when checkout wasn’t until 12. he didn’t even say who he was when he had broken in. this made our stay very uncomfortable, especially when what happened to us wasn’t taken seriously by the staff.

Location location location ….. our bedroom was right on the freeway …. There was constant traffic noise . I am hard in hearing but the noise kept me awake the whole night . There is even a white sound machine in the room to try and reduce the ambient sound . It is positioned right next to the bed … far too close to the person trying to sleep ! I tried to move it but to no avail as it is attached to the bedside table … so I had to switch it off . My very worst hotel experience ever !

Same breakfast you can get free at a two star motel, was over $20 per person. Single use coffee maker. Felt like it was $$ over the guests. Two small drawers under coffee stand and a handful of hangers for a room that sleeps 4. I had to keep my clothes in my suitcase. Poor online communication

This is a wonderful, beautiful and modern hotel. The staff is absolutely amazing and professional!

First and foremost, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my specific requests. Lily and her manager are absolutely amazing and so professional. You can tell they are on top of every single detail, and they exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I will try to stay here from now on, even though it's a bit of a distance from my work. It is worth the extra miles just to have peace of mind that I will be treated with grace and respect. The hotel is also absolutely beautiful, with a gorgeous lobby and beautiful modern rooms, with incredible beds and amenities.

Nice place to sleep but few amenities

Clean. Quiet. Good location. Most staff were nice and helpful.

No free breakfast--in fact breakfast outrageously expensive. No valet. No one to help with luggage whatsoever. Front desk person checked me in but didn't bother to tell me where my room was or where to park or what meal options were available. She needs to work at motel 6 rather than higher end hotel. I was absolutely not told of any amenities or where to find anything. But the other Front desk person was very helpful and made up for the first person's bad customer service.
