Pleasant accommodations that could use a little tweaking.

Room door “foyers.” Generally attractive interior decor and layout.

VERY circuitous route to reach building - had to wind around numerous other businesses and parking lots. Would not have found without GPS! Like a maze. Needs some kind of towel bar or rack at sink. Did not offer facial tissue. Sunday breakfast is offered at the same time as the week days. Our fault for not checking - but we missed it by assuming it would be open later.

The only staying you should do here is AWAY!

Where to begin The staff is extremely rude and condescending. They were rude to my guest when she joined me for breakfast, essentially accosting her and advising her that because she isn't a direct guest with her own room she must pay and they demanded she pay a fee of $17 for the breakfast right then and there. Shocked my guest advised her that no, she is a guest of an individual who is staying at the hotel and if necessary the worker could address their concerns with me, the actual customer directly. I was billed an astonishing additional $17 for a single plate of free breakfast food for my guest. Mind you it was our intention to add her to my room officially as my guest with the front desk right after breakfast, because there was no staff to be seen when my guest originally walled in to meet me downstairs for breakfast before we started our day. The treatment of my guest was rude, uncalled for, and an apology should have been provided- you work in hospitality at least try to act like it. The check out process was a nightmare in itself. The entire length of my stay they had workers out front on scaffolding blocking the main entrance working so you had to walk entirely around it or directly under it which was I'm sure not OSHA approved working conditions. which made anybody yo coming or going with possessions quite the task. The bell hop cart had a defective bottom carriage and while pushing it to my vehicle the undercarriage completely snapped and the entire wheel assembly fell apart and all my bags, possessions, and clothing like )shoes and jackets went tumbling to the wet muddy ground. Muddy from what? U guessed it the workers tracking in dirt constantly walking through the main entrances adjacent flower bed. The clincher for me however was the follow up experience with LaQui tax on 128th in Everett WA.... I have not yet received my deposit of $100 and this was a stay that began on Sept 29th. Over 2 months now!

our stay was good room was clean and comfortable but disappointed in the false statements

Breakfast was good although the website said they had omelets and they did not just normal breakfast and no bacon or potatoes

TV was confusing could not get channels to work and when asked front desk all the said was try the channel guide which was no help so had to watch whatever we could get Website that my wife and I looked at said that the hotel had a restaurant and lounge which they did not, also said room service which when we asked about room service they said it was door dash

Update your rooms and hire more staff.

The beds/pillows were really comfy. The shower head had good pressure and the temperature was nice and warm. The breakfast had a large variety. The size of the fridge was perfect (some places have too small of fridges).

The room we stayed in was really out of date: the lights on the walls were loose and one of them didn't turn on, some of the outlets did not work and we couldn't access some because of the bed frame being in the way, there were stains in the bathroom (I don't even want to know what it was from), the bathrooms on the main floor were dirty and not kept well (no paper towels stocked either). It also took a long time for someone to get us extra towels as the room only had 2 (we stayed in a double queen sized room with 4 people). The walls are also quite thin and could hear talking coming from hallway and other rooms.

Location to my venue.

The room was so tiny there was no table for sitting to read or eat. No chair. Had to sit on bed with food on white bedding. I barely had space to open my luggage. Then the bathroom was a mess. The door was stiff. Then I realized it was due to moisture which I found out the bathroom curtain rod leans downward which causes the curtain to not stay fully extended so when I was showering the whole floor and door was soaking wet. I had to use one of the towels to dry it all up. The basin sink was clogged and didn’t drain. Them Then the toilet paper holder fell off. I probably could have fixed it myself but refused to do so out of principle. These things were the last straw. I stayed till the Sunday as I was attending a very important business conference and was away most of the time. But for sure I will never stay there again or recommend la Quinta to anyone. Thank you.

Would not book again.

Room reeked of cigarette smoke and not just recent but years of built up cigarette smoke. The bathroom was dirty including toilet seat, door, and bathroom floor. Sink was missing the drain plug. They had refillable white bottles by Dove for soap and shampoo/conditioner, but there was black smudges all over them. One of the beds has stains on the sheets. Not a good or safe area. Shares a parking lot with “Great American Casino”. We didn’t go in but if you look at that yelp, you’d never book this hotel. The vibe matches. We were very close to leaving and just driving the four hours home.

That they were quick to switch our rooms when we had the original issue. Nice snack selection downstairs with bill to room option.

The morning breakfast and how hostile the staff was when my husband went down to grab quick food for the 4 of us. The room that we checked into originally was absolutely filthy, pubes all over the bathroom, and beds were not changed clearly. The elevator wouldn't close, so we decided it would be safer to use the stairs. Literally a half an hour after we were switched from the first room to the room next door, they put new people in the original room for the night. I dont think they cleaned it before hand. Not a good experience at all.

It was on time

The food was subpar, especially for a LaQuinta. We have stayed in this type of hotel before, they were always clean. There was an extremely funky smell in the lobby and halls of the hotel. The night time desk clerk was very rude and didn't stay in the lobby. I saw here cleaning a room on the third floor at 7:00 p.m. when the lobby should have been manned, so obviously very understaffed. The worst problem was the inside of the elevator had a weird stain on the inside, which appeared to be blood. I do have a photo if you would like to check it out.

The only good thing was the pool.

The man at the front desk was rude. The room was not that clean there was pieces of streamers from a previous guest, there was some kind of dried sauce on the bathroom handle and the gym was dirty with broken equipment and dried old food left on it.

The mattress was comfortable.

Frankly, surprised that Wyndham lets this place hang its name on the door. We stayed in another La Quinta hotel on this trip and enjoyed it, but this one was in such rough shape that we considered eating the cost and staying at the Best Western next door. If they have a maintenance crew for this location, we saw no evidence of them.

Enjoyed our stay.

Liked the spacious room, the handicap handles for the tub, the helpful staff, and the mini-store. We also appreciated the complementary 11:30 check-out.

Didn't like the breakfast. We have stayed at La Quinta in Bellingham, WA and the breakfast there included fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, and half-&-half for the coffee, which were all missing at Everett La Quinta. A small microwave would be helpful to re-heat the biscuits and gravy, because they were not very warm.

Overall we were happy with the room and our overnight stay.

The associate that checked us in was very polite and efficient. The room was clean, spacious, and nice, and the bed was very comfortable.

While the room was nice, a couple items were in disrepair. The mounts for the curved shower rod were broken resulting in the shower curtain sliding to the middle because the curved part hung down. Also, the sink faucet handle was broken but at least it was still mostly functional. I mentioned this to the associate at the desk when we checked out.

Very easy to access of highway.

Bathroom paint was chipped and looked like burn holes in the door. Breakfast was non existant. We went down an hour before breakfast ended and there was literally no food except I got the last yogurt cup. Many people just waiting for food. One lady repeatedly went to the front desk and asked if more food was coming. We gave up after half an hour. I booked this hotel because breakfast was included. Very dissapointed.

Bed was comfortable! Room was decently clean. It’s an older hotel for sure but seems as though they’ve done some updates.

The smell in the lobby and hall ways was atrocious. Literally burned my eyes and nose. It’s like they were pumping glade air freshener through the vents but it was so strong and off putting and it gave me a terrible headache. Luckily I couldn’t smell it in our room just the hallways and lobby. What are you trying to cover up?

Decent but don't get excited.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The room was a good size. The parking lot was well lighted.

It's very hard to find, your GPS will get you lost in the back alleys and parking lots trying to get to it. There's only one entrance/exit, so having a room at the upper floor back and not having parking available up front means you'll be doing a lot of walking with your bags. The showerhead was low and the water pressure was weak. The entire area around the hotel is fenced and difficult to navigate if you want to go walking anywhere.
