Great location near Paine Field airport.

Large room with a kitchenette but no supplies for cooking. You have to request them. So, it's not like a time-share. Easy drive to restaurants or groceries. Close to Boeing museum (which was a waste of money). The military aircraft museum at Paine Field is also easy to get to. It's great and it's free.

Disappointed

The location was excellent. The room bathroom and kitchen along with the lobby were clean. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. Appreciated the laminate flooring and that we were allowed to bring pets. The roim heater and cooling worked very well. We liked that the windows could be opened. Nice-sized TV.

Pillows were flat, the mattress was uncomfortable, and only one thin blanket. Two desks were overkill and there was no sofa. The floor was dirty! The refrigerator wheels were not locked. The room was plain, similar to a hospital room. Windows were dirty and the window wells were gross they were so filthy dirty. There was no luggage stand. Cigarette butt littered everywhere outside.

Comfy mattress. Clean. Nice Kitchenette with full size fridge. Close to major grocery and fast food. Night person Katie was sweet! and helpful providing us extra blanket, fresh towels, etc.

Pretty setting, safe parking, the room was very clean and quiet, convenient kitchenette, and very comfortable mattress. Daniel checked us in; he was VERY efficient and quickly gave us all the information we needed to comfortably move into our room.

No seperate mirror outside of the bathroom. The bathroom light & fan are on the same switch, so when using the bathroom vanity it’s impossible to have any conversation with the person in the room. Also they were frequently out of coffee pods for the rooms, as well as some of the breakfast items in the lobby.

The AC was on full blast and it was freezing in the room. The heat didn't seem to work well so my stay was chilly.

Well, the coffee was very good. The front desk staff were good. The place was great, parking lot was great I didn't have to worry about my car.

Maybe because the place was being reminded there wasn't much of a variety in the breakfast department.

Don't use booking.com

The location

stayed one night, left because of "plumbing issue" and never got a refund issued to me because of the lack of communication between the hotel and Booking.com. I will never use booking.com again.

Last stay

It was good. Because this will be the last time we stay here. Due to moving into an office space close by.

Sometimes the rooms weren't too clean, the maids missed a few areas sometimes. But I know we all make mistakes. I feel when washing towels they should smell like bleach because then you know they were cleaned. Since prices are going to keep going up. Being able to make bed sheets, towels smell like bleach is going to get tough. But at least they should smell like they have just been cleaned. Even if they have been sitting for a day or two.

Great location but lacking comfort.

Super quiet, safe location. One block to grocery store and gas station.

Kitchens aren’t vented and there’s notes to open your room window so when people cook you get the smell in your room. Small beds.

1st stay about a year ago. great. This time, complete opposite. Room dirty, smelled, carpet stained up. Dirty Kleenex by bed that were never cleaned up. Microwave had to be wiped out before use. splatters all over. Was just nasty.
