Executive Residency by Best Western Navigator Inn & Suites

The location was good with quite a few restaurants nearby - Sab Thai was outstanding! The nearby road was quite busy with some noise infiltrating. The breakfast was quite decent.

The pool was closed with no date for opening. The busy road was a negative.

Breakfast was amazing. The front desk help was incredible. It was probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed and I worked as a hotel housekeeping manager. The overall stay was completely lovely.

I was surprised that there was a real breakfast. Not just half a dozen donuts and some soggy fruit. Hotel was clean. Staff were courteous. Would stay again.

Pool facilities were closed. There was some minor wear and tear inside the building, but no more than should be expected of a busy location. Had difficulty finding parking on Saturday night.

Nice room

Pool and Spa were closed. Something we were looking forward to. The front desk had told us if we wanted to switch hotels to one with an open pool we could and to just let him know. We said it's fine. We changed our minds before we left the lobby. We asked which hotel, looked it up, and asked to change hotels. He then told us no your already checked in here. He never said it had to be before check-in and since we hadn't left the lobby we thought it was a fast request. Bummed. Room is nice though

Location was convenient with friendly staff. When we needed to stay an extra day due to flight delay, they were accommodating. Ample parking and efficient security

We luked it all

I really liked our King Suite room. The bathroom and bedroom were lovely. We enjoyed having the dinette to make food for our lil girl.

The pool was cold, and the hot tub was closed, but thankfully, with our free upgrade, we had a jacuzzi in our bathroom!

The staff were absolutely wonderful and the best part! The accommodated the needs of my elderly father and I notice the staff who prepared the breakfast area were also willing to help the other elderly customers when they had questions :)

There was nothing I didn’t like. This hotel had a great interior setup! And even as a hotel that accepts pets, everything was cleaned thoroughly!

Spacious room and adequate gym

The room wasn’t clean at all! It smelled like smoke and to my surprise there were cigarette butts in the coffee cup with a cover placed on top. This is proof that housekeeping just goes through the motions and doesn’t clean thoroughly.

Our room was exceptionally clean, as well as all common areas. Very comfy mattress. Kitchenette was nice with a very good variety of dishes, pans, & utensils. We chose this place for the wonderful reviews about the free breakfast, and that was a wise decision! The breakfast was amazing. The hot items were different every morning and the girls worked their butts off keeping every hot and cold item plentiful and the area clean. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Also, our room was really QUIET! Zero noise from the room above us or on either side. There’s a convenience store a few hundred feet away for anything you might need not provided by the hotel. This is definitely our ‘permanent’ hotel when we come to visit my sister.

Sometimes it’s hard to find a parking spot. There’s an open “garage” off the main lot with about 12 spaces, but if other cars aren’t considerate and careful to stay between the lines, it’s hard to park. Next time we’re getting a smaller rental car! There’s a security guard roving the lot regularly all night, so that gave us nice Peace of Mind.

The check-in process was the best I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. The woman who helped me was an absolute gem—so friendly, informative, and easy to talk to. She made everything smooth and effortless, and her beautiful smile was the perfect welcome! The breakfast was very impressive and appreciated and coffee seem to be available at all times! Very organized, well stocked, lots of variety and pretty decent. The dining area felt a bit small for the number of people there, but it seemed to be extra busy since a young soccer team was also staying. Overall great hotel!

The room was a bit smaller than I expected, and there was no silverware provided. The chair next to the bed had some stains on the arms, and there was a splash marks on the back of the bathroom door, likely from mopping. There was no light at the table. That said, the room was overall great, and I honestly wouldn’t have mentioned these minor things if I hadn’t been asked.

The front office staff were very helpful, our free upgrade to a Queen suite was everything, and the breakfast was more than sufficient.

room was spacious, kitchen area was bigger than expected, and breakfast was superb considering the price (almost hilton level). location was a bit far away from downtown Seattle but we chose to stay here partly because of the boeing factory tour.

Seriously the most comfy bed I have ever slept on at a hotel. Whatever padding they have on there, hits! Room was spacious and clean!

Was almost the perfect hotel experience until.. Housekeeping needs to learn a little patience and some manners… I needed to stay until 11am (checkout time, rightfully so as I PAID to be here) to finish up some work I was doing and let my daughter (1yo) take a nap before we left. at 10:20 am housekeeping came pounding on the door 3 times before I could even get up off the couch and walk the short distance to the door… when i opened the door and informed housekeeper that the way she knocked aggressively was not necessary and she did not even give me time to get up and answer the door before she pounded 3 separate times, she sighed and gave me attitude saying “I thought you had already checked out” rolled her eyes and proceeded to pound on the door next to mine the same way she did to my door. I have worked in the hotel industry for 10 years (manager, front desk and housekeeping) and never have I witness a housekeeper so rudely check to see if a guest was still in the room…. I would have fired her on spot for witnessing her do something like that. housekeeping DO BETTER AND GIVE THE GUEST MORE THAN 5 SECONDS TO WALK AND OPEN THE DOOR BEFORE YOU POUND ON IT 3 SEPERATE TIMES. The breakfast area was kept very clean and the food got restocked at a quick rate. Coffee at the lounge/reception area was great with all the creamers. Room was spacious.

The blind for the room, wasn't sure if it was meant to close. Not the worst thing just unclear if it was our room or it's all set up like that

It was actually pretty quiet considering that it looked to be about full occupancy. The staff is very nice and the breakfast was quite good. Awesome value and we will definitely return to this one when we come back next year.

Great freezer that kept our ice cream good and frozen. But no silverware.

The staff consistency is always much noted and appreciated thanks! They welcome us always and even knew my birthday!

Well I didn’t like that I didn’t book 3 nights instead of 2.

Everything! Except...

Location and the parking.

The breakfast was great. I liked the boiled eggs and the bagels, yogurt and juice. Hubby had breakfast in the dinning area I had breakfast in room. Everything was yummy.

The fridge freezer did not work well. Everything else was working fine.

The Hot Tub was down for our entire trip

Everything was as expected. That is all we ask for
