Very comfortable and safe in this hotel, in an area that is not entirely those things.

I really appreciated how effortless the booking process was when I had to book this place as a last minute stay. The breakfast availability was an unexpected bonus as well. Room service comes by, but not too much which I appreciated.

My room was designed with a doorway to the neighbour unit that had a large gap under it. Unfortunately this lead to a situation on my last night where I was kept awake by the baby that they had brought in.

No exhaust fans in the bathroom/toilet. Was not informed that guests with pets are on the 1st floor. Not sound proof rooms. Can hear footsteps from the upper floor and in the bathroom, can hear the chatter of our next door neighbors.

I like how booking.com makes it so that the facility you're staying at is incapable of refunding you for your stay. That's what the hotel clerk said.

Immediately when we walked into the room, it smelled musty. I turned on the AC, and it got worse. I looked into the vents of the unit, each vent had mold growing on it. But the worst of it all was that one of the beds had an offensive smell of urine. When I woke up, the smell went right through to my underwear. It was absolutely disgusting. I told the front desk about it in the morning. We left at 1:30, came back around 8. The smell was still there. All they did was make the beds. The hotel staff clean up after every guest. They knew about the issue and still rented out the room. This hotel was not cheap and was by far my worst stay in any hotel I've ever been to. On top of breathing in moldy ac air, nothing was done about the disgusting urine smell on the bed i slept on.

When checking in, we were advised that an additional $100 would be withheld for incidentals, but that was not previously advertised. Then, upon check out, the lady at the counter refused to give us any kind of receipt. Very run-down facility with very little parking.

It was comfy.

We showed up to check in and nobody was at the counter for 10 minutes and there was a line to the door. We got in our room and their dirty cleaning towels were still on the bathroom counters. But they came and grabbed them when we were gone the next day. There was pee looking stains on one of the bed sheets.

The first room smelled of cigarette smoke, so we were transferred to another room but it had smaller beds and the roll away cot mattress was ripped open and unpleasant.

The location.

No bags in trash cans, no available clean towels for the number of people on our reservation, no toilet tissue in bathroom had to ask for some, HAIR IN BOTH BEDS. We were put in a room with an adjacent door to another room and we could hear the other guests more than we cared to.

The staff could care less that my Bikes were stolen off my car 15 feet from the front door. Thief's cut 2 cable locks and 4 straps with grinder and no one heard or saw a thing. Seems like an inside job. Police report filed hotel wont return my calls or emails. even emailed choice hotels no answer call to let them know this isn't acceptable.425-521-4020
