it was quiet and nice

some people looked a little odd but apart from that everything is good

Good hotel but I forgot my dish with my food inside in room 202,if u people can keep it for me then I will be happy because I'm coming back first week of September.

Hey Ms represent the use of pull and its facilities they lack a genuine human Curtis and act as they are not in fact in the customer service business. I attempted to utilize a table outside to complete an assignment study which the bedroom itself provided poor lighting and a lack of ability to execute my desired study time so I attempted to ask for the ability to utilize a table and chair providing the lack of any form of outdoor seating outside the secured pool. Upon my inquiry I was sternly answered that it was not open (which was implied at all booking sites as a selling ruse but clearly misrepresenting their accomodations) the proposal to relocate a table outside of the locked closed area so that I may utilize it was considered impossible and absurd that I would essentially make such a unreasonable request. The property grounds themselves were decent and clean and inviting then surrounded by the iron fence and the recovery facility opposite the entrance. Honestly as someone who worked as a front desk agent I am extremely shocked at how far from a human oriented contract of service we have drifted from in the years of corporate Federal government serving anti-human industry. I don't foresee this maintaining any sort of sustainable commerce position very much longer. If you aren't willing to accommodate those that pay your bills and your wages then it's likely the business and your policy driven beer based existence is going to cease.

The website implied they had double bed rooms, AKA 2 BEDS in one room. When we arrived, that was not the case. Every room on site only has 1 bed queen or full. The staff was amazing at helping us remedy the situation so we could find somewhere that would fit all of us. Once thing we did notice is the room they attempes to give us was dirty, it didn't look like sheets had been wash, floor wasn't swepted and the toilet still had . . . Stains from previous use. I'm just thankful we were able to cancel and go elsewhere. But the desk staff was AMAZING very understanding, accommodating and polite. We'll spoken and professional.

The room smelled of mildew and mold. The floors were cracked and bubbling and raised.from where moisture was coming in. The bed was old and springs were pressing into my body. The wifi was terrible. The shower was tiny. There wasn't a fridge, microwave or coffee pot in the room despite my booking having one. This is false advertising. As someone with severe food restrictions, having access to at least a fridge is very important as I had to bring and make most of my own food. I ended up sick from staying in this room. When I asked for a new room I was told no. No reason given.

The wifi didn't work till the day I checked out, the TV picture had spots in it, the shower head leaked all over bathroom, and the shower looked like it came out of a trailer, I will never stay at a motel6 again!

The room still smells of cigarette smoke even after changing rooms twice. The second room that had its faucet changed was broken. There was noise from the next room, both talking and watching TV until 1-2 a.m. In the morning, a homeless person came to collect the trash on the 2nd floors. I feel very disappointed. I have stayed at Motel6 at Sacramento before and it was very good. This place looks old and the atmosphere is bad.

The people who was in lthe room next to us, were very loud hitting the walls and yelling at each other and the dog bark off and on. And I felt like it could be handled better.

Person at the front desk when I checked in was extremely rude. Snatched the pen out my hand, made it really awkward to check in. Twice during the middle of the night 230ish and around 5am got woken up by loud Spanish people knocking on our door. I wouldn't stay here again, no matter the value. Other facilities nearby with similar prices and better service.

I was in handicap room the shower curtain fell, and someone playing guitar in room next to me the desk they call and they did stop however, the bed was very uncomfortable and there was no chair in the room at all. I was told I get a parking placard, which never came For $81 I could have stayed somewhere else and had a much better stay in the room was very generic and cold

Room clean bed clean, no shampoo, no conditioner for hair, no microwave ,no coffee in room no mini fridge, air conditioner was filthy, need new clean mats before entering room, cement grounds very dirty with gum and need pressure washing, more amenities would attract better clientele. A homeless man in a garbage bag came through living areas talking nonsense, overall it was ok.

Amenities like most other hotels. More wash cloths 2 for each guest
