Great place for visiting the Boeing Future of Flight Museum

Very convenient with good WiFi.

The pool is a little cold and the jacuzzi is also just warm and not hot.

This was an extremely disappointing stay.

The only food that was offered was the snack food that was available next to the front staff. I didn't like anything. If I wanted costco snacks, I would have gone to costco myself.

When I checked in I was offered to purchase a dinner as well as breakfast served by the kitchen and I was told the kitchen would open up at five p m. When I went down at 4:55pm to find out how I could order food, I was told the kitchen was closed and they had a small selection of snack food from costco, next to the front staff. I explained to the staff that my husband was diabetic and I needed something that he could eat that wasn't packed full of sugar and I was told that there was a kitchen inside the hotel that served dinner starting at five p m. I was informed by the front staff that was not an option and if I'm that hungry, I should order uber eats. Very disappointing, since one staff member offered it and then the next person said, no. My husband and I were looking forward to trying the food from their kitchen.

Not a great experience but it is a comfortable bed

I thought the room was comfortable and clean. The location is great if you need to fly early or late in the day.

This Hilton never honors Hilton Honors rewards. They only give you a $10 food and beverage credit, and their breakfast “buffet” costs more than 10 dollars and doesn’t even have hot food. If you want points for your stay, you cannot also have the food and beverage credit. The first time I stayed here, I was given a room that didn’t exist. That’s right, the room number didn’t exist. Yet they gave me a key for it, and let me wander around looking for it. They also do not tell their staff if someone is checking out later than 11. So you get the maid walking into your room, without knocking, despite the sign on the door knob.

They stole my money

The hotel was located close to the ferry.

Booking.com double book me a nonrefundable room so I had two rooms I only needed one and the hotel would not refund me $162. so I will never stay there again and I won’t be using booking.com again.

Clean and location

Clean! Perfect location to Whidbey Island and lighthouse nearby. The purpose of our trip was to visit family. But we were able to do some sightseeing because of the location.

Watch out for the upsell!

Nice facilities and comfortable bed.

Being told on check in that breakfast would be served at 6 am in the lobby area then finding out when we went down for breakfast that it would be a charge of $33 for two. The fact that it was available for purchase should have been made clear upfront. This felt very deceptive. And the breakfast offerings did not look that great. Bad business practice!

Good place for business meetings and parties but not to get a good night’s sleep!

Beautiful decor, friendly staff, pool, convenient location, fun to see the airplanes on the runway.

Extremely noisy room near the elevator. Elevator beeped for hours, groups laughed and talked loudly outside the elevator until late in the night. Have to pay extra for breakfast.

Great location. Clean. Free parking. Just next door to Boeing - future of flight. Comfortable beds. Good room concept.

Everyone was helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and well appointed.

Only Negative is that the shower in our handicapped room over flowed on the bathroom floor! Not a big deal for us! There were plenty of towels to keep the water from reaching any carpeting

Front desk manager, Celisse Speed was excellent. We had four families traveling together, and she did an excellent job coordinating and addressing our concerns. The facility was clean. Everything worked well and well laid out.

Hilton Garden Inn - Paine Field/Mulkiteo

The room had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. It was clean and large enough for our needs. Even though it's next to Paine Field airport it was quiet. Just a short drive from the hotel there are plenty of restaurants and stores.
