Motel 6 Everett, WA - South

The front office staff was great, but I noticed after checking out almost two weeks ago they’re charging my card daily for different amounts approximately $20. I believe they’re charging my card as retribution for leaving an unfavorable review. This Motel 6 location is a place where dealers, addicts and street walkers hang out. My last night there were overdoses, heavy police presence, and repeated fire alarms sounded after midnight. The parking lot needs more sufficient lighting where the Motel 6 and Dairy Queen parking lot meet; this area is were they hang out to sell and do drugs. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone with children. I don’t recommend using the laundry facilities either; in the time it took to wash and dry my clothes I had many individuals trying to get high. The security guards are not reputable enough to stop what’s going on around the hotel. I would suggest the North Everett location instead, where they employ armed security guards.

It was good except for the homeless coming in and out. One guy fell out on drugs in there and he got kicked out.

Not all rooms come equipped with a fridge and microwave so if thats important you need to really look at the room details and make sure its available. The staff is really friendly but like any place you always have a few favorites. Kristina is the front desk/customer service manager and she works during the day; anything you need she will go out of her 12

First, the front desk staff and Ralph in housekeeping is wonderful which is the only reason I give Motel 6 South two stars. This location feels like the Carter from New Jack City movie with all the prostitutes, drug dealers and addict. For the life of me, I don’t understand why they continue using the security company and complaining that they don’t do their job. I see security sitting inside his car instead of kicking anyone who is not a guest off the property. Drug addict knock on random doors looking for the dealer, one weekend they knocked on my door every 20 minutes, at all hours/day and night. At all hours of the day and night dealers and attics are all over the property; smoking meth/phenty in the laundry room, outside of guest rooms, sitting on the staircase, loitering on side of the building by room 121 all while the smell enters the room through the AC unit. Many long term guest have complained to staff with any resolve from management and staff. I’m convinced management and security is being paid off to look the other way. It’s scary walking through the dimly lit parking lot. There’s poop, I believe from humans and dogs surrounding the property. Also, The cable went down several weeks ago leaving only a few working channels. Motel 6 South needs the same security as the North location, security with bulletproof vests and firearms are definitely needed here.
