The hotel is elegant and beautiful, loved the little extras like the robot and the wine dispenser on each floor. The view from our room on the 7th floor was stunning.
The wine dispenser wasn’t accepting my cc for some reason, and when our toilet got stopped up it was frustrating trying to reach someone they the qr code system. (The Call Us feature wasn’t going thru, and it took several tries to get a response they messaging). However, once someone responded a staffer came up immediately and fixed it.

Front desk staff were usually helpful but not very friendly. Some were better than others.

"Location is perfect for exploring the old town (which is a 3minute walk downhill) or the fields of Abraham literally on the doorstep a big plus for us. Plenty of facilities to use.
