    Location and staff were absolutely perfect. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Can’t say enough about the team. The hotel itself could use some updates - and I believe there’s construction underway. Our room was quiet and comfortable, albeit dated. The bathroom was oddly configured and ceilings quite low. The gym space was fine and lobby bar was wonderful. Location cannot be beat. Outside of the core tourist zone whilst being only 5-10 minutes from everything. A bit spendy but lovely for a special trip like ours.

    What really makes this place different is the customer service they provide. Everybody was super polite and nice. Room was nice but nothing extraordinary. Location cannot be beaten!

    This hotel is unique. Every room has its own character and the entire hotel is steeped in history. Great location for exploring both the lower and upper old town.
