Location, decor of rooms, charm and history of the building, pleasant staff.
Lower level room issue/experience --late night and beyond-- noise from upper floor guest. Communication improvement needed when the front desk attendant steps away. Perhaps a sign to know when to expect him/her to return.

Perfect location, super central but quiet, even during the FEQ festival. Very large, cosy and elegant room with kitchenette. Loved the small front garden, perfect for enjoying the summer atmosphere and people watching. We made coffee in our room and enjoyed it in the garden to watch the city awakens.

Location was awesome
No one there at 10:50pm when we arrived. Someone was supposed to be there until 11. The after hours key system is very confusing and took almost 20 minutes on the phone with someone to figure out how to get in the door. Finally got up to the room and couldn’t figure out the AC. There was only 1 coffee pod and there was “sand” or something in the bathroom
