    Location is great, receptionist Cindy is super helpful and nice, got us connecting rooms, Hilton got little treats for my 2 kids, a bag of candy, lollipop and juice for them while we stayed. Breakfast is also very delicious, room is clean and quiet, the view is amazing from our room

    The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the walkability made getting around easy. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, contributing to a restful sleep. Facilities were well-maintained and convenient, while parking was hassle-free. The staff were friendly and attentive making the overall experience very enjoyable and well worth the value.

    Review Draft: Hilton Quebec City We had a pleasant stay at Hilton Quebec City. The lady at the concierge was very helpful and accommodating — we arrived around noon, well before the official 4 pm check-in time, and she kindly arranged for us to check into our room early, which we truly appreciated. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the sea and the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac — a real highlight of our stay. It was spacious and comfortable, and overall, we had no complaints about the facilities or amenities. The only small point I would mention is that while the room looked clean at first glance, we noticed some dust and dirt in hidden areas, such as behind the couch, around electrical wires, and in small gaps. It didn’t affect our comfort significantly, but I feel it’s worth pointing out for improvement. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning, especially thanks to the excellent service and the wonderful location.
