The reserved parking was not reserved. It was cluttered with taxi cabs We could not stop and unlock our luggage. This has to be considered for their guests

The closeness to the shops and restaurants of old quebec
The room was right off the street and near the main entrance so was very noisy. Could hear everything inside and outside. Not very sound proof.
