Location of hotel was exceptional as was the staff at the front desk and Hedie at the tour desk . The only problem was the comfort of the pull out sofa with springs popping out that we had to request a foam topper which at the end of our stay they wanted to charge us for. However, when we repeatedly explained the situation they removed the charge. As we are being charged for 3 persons I think the sofa bed should be as or almost as comfortable as the bed

Location, friendly staff
It’s old and needs a facelift! Watching the World Cup from the internal balconies overlooking the swimming pools was awesome!

Wonderful staff and very comfortable room.
Breakfast buffet was too expensive for the limited selection they offered. The food quality was just OK. There was no menu to order from . The buffet was the only choice or find another place to eat breakfast.

Fin placering
A little outdated with yellowish paint and yellow marble everywhere. Some plants in pool area dead, which gave it a rather gloomy appearance
