Wonderful property and location, all staff interactions were pleasant. Only issue was the AC not working properly upon arrival but a quick call to the front desk and they had maintenance up to make the repair promptly.

No complaints it’s a well cared for nice property in a great location.

The location was amazing. We were able to walk to everything. We also walked from the train station, which was a workout, but totally doable. There is a bus stop right outside, and the HOHO bus stop is right behind the hotel. It is a very short walk right into old Quebec. It is perfectly placed for a tourist. The rooms have a fridge and a microwave, which was great for storing and snacking on leftovers from all the amazing restaurants nearby. The bathrooms also have a door between the sink area and the toilet and tub area, so you can still brush teeth, wash hands, or apply makeup while your travel partner showers or uses the bathroom. I found the property to be pretty and different, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

As soon as you walk in, you can smell the chlorine. It is expected, considering the property wraps around an indoor poor, but just be prepared. Also, we were on the 10th floor, and I’m not sure if it was due to echoing or what, but you can hear children screaming and laughing (from pool play) very clearly in the rooms. They do have quiet time, and it was well adhered to while we were there. Just keep this in mind if you usually go to bed early. They also have live music out by the pool, that you can partake in from the comfort of your bed in your PJs, as it is heard pretty clearly in the rooms.
