They use nice photos to promote their accomodation

Don't get fooled like I was. If you don't make your reservation days ahead you are not going to get room when you get there. I have made reservation in this accomodation because they have check in until midnight, but when I get there reception was closed, and nobody was replying on phone. I was trying to get somebody for 2 hours, and at the end I had to book another accommodation. Of course they decided to keep money they charged in advance, 80% of full price, even if I didn't got the room. Just book another place and keep your nerves.

Stressful Hotel

The area / surroundings are nice.

As frequent traveler, I can tell that this hotel is the worst I ever visited. - The bed is made of “cheap foam”, making the sleeping really bad. - What a welcome when you reach the hotel: there is no one to 'welcome' you. Just a simple letter and when you try to reach them over the phone, there is no answer. This is the same with email…no answer at all! - There are serious concerns about hygiene. For instance, they have a small gym, but no towel, no paper, no gel to clean the equipments before and/or after usage. This is not in line with the traditional German standards. - You just can see someone at check out, where you really have to take care about the amount they charge. They do not show you the amount and just ask you to put your card. Luckily, I took care because I had serious doubt about the unpleasant receptionist. She tried to charge hiddenly something else, arguing about a ‘lunch packet’, because I took an apple and piece of bread. This is a breakfast buffet, but they look to what you take! At the end, this is a stressful while expensive hotel, with a hostile receptionist.

Nice place to spend few days in the nature hiking

Nice hotel in the nature, we enjoyed hiking and spending time in the swimming pool.

Bowling area was very old and desperately need renovation. Bar was not open in the evening, we missed having a drink while playing with our kids in the bar area.

Very nice staying in Ruhpolding

Very comfortable room, quite large and with a nice table and sofa (kind of a mini living room corner). Very spacious bathroom. The staff was very kind and professional. Very good breakfast (many choices both salty and sweet). Very nice common spaces.

*The hotel placed in the very wonderful region * The breakfast was amazing. * There were also good facilities for kids and babies.

Let's start from the worst: *The reception was not familiar how to work with Booking, he gave our room at same time to the other family and without informing us when we have been out (even our car was there), they came in our room and collected our stuff without our permission (No respect to our privacy). It was really bad shocking and disappointing experience for us, especially because the other empty room was available. And even worst, we lost the access to our room and the card didn't work even when the problem apparently solved and they realized their mistake. (To be honest the only reason that I didn't cancel our stay was Booking regulation because the money wasn't refundable for our book) * There is no reception available after 14, so it was very difficult to find someone to help *We had a double bed and it was not comfortable, apparently either too old or used a lot *The internet was awful.

An excellent find!

We were looking for a hotel not too far from the A8 where we could charge our electric car. This hotel has a Tesla destination charger, which means one charger works exclusively for Teslas and the other one for any electric car. Bonus: charging was free for guests of the hotel. Fabulous breakfast was included. Room came with balcony. The pool has a decent size for swimming laps. 29 degrees C water temperature. Really nice. Pool was already open at 7 o’clock in the morning (maybe even earlier??) when I went for the 2nd swim of our 1 night stay. There is a Finnish sauna and a Turkish one. Plenty of space there also to relax afterwards.

Not sure if the mattress was just hard or old. I could feel springs and did not sleep well, which is not uncommon for me, sadly. Also, I just had knee replacement surgery so it could have just been my problem

Our stay was very relaxed, we admired access to the pool and sauna. To be precise, pool and sauna were opened from 7.00 am. to 9.30 p.m., which was very, very comfortable. Our room was quite spacious and comfortably equipped. What we really liked were the breakfast- offer was quite impressive.

Not all reception services were available in the afternoon. When we arrived from skiing around 4 - 5 p.m., we would like to have a glass of beer, but the bar was opened from 7.30 p.m. When we came later for the breakfast, choice was limited, especially for the fruit.

Very comfortable and cosy.

This hotel is super clean, comfortable and the staff are exceptionally nice and helpful. The breakfast exceeded our expectations for the cost of the stay. The pool and sauna were bonuses. The value for money was exceptional.

There was no WiFi in our room. The Smart TV had no internet connection. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in our room or anywhere else in the hotel after 12 noon. The restaurant was permanently closed.

Rooms are very nice and big enough with spectacular view.

Wifi was unusable and since there is only edge connection at the location it was like in the middle age. There are parking spaces but not enough so you have to park on the grass if you arrive late. The most unprofessional thing is that they wanted to charge me 38€ extra at the checkout an only after I requested the specification of that charge I was presentet with the invoice for 15€. Felt like I was being scamed. When we booked our accommodation there was clearly stated that there was a pool. When we arrived the pool was opened for one day and then closed for the next 3. Very dispaonited and the kids were so unhappy. Not coming back.

The hotel is very clean.The staff is also friendly. Its a walking distance to bahn thats goes allup the mountain.. The sauna and pool area was also very clean. On our last day we wanted to use the sauna before 17uhr and we requested them to turn on the steambath and sauna of wchich they gladly did..you can request the wellness area to open any time ..thats really cool.

When you book a standard room you get the older part of the hotel wchich is quit different from the rest.iits very dark ...our room was really clean but it was very hot in the night because there is no clima.. The mattress needs a topper i The room had a very beautiful mountain view

It was great with children. The staff were very patient and helpful. The hotel was very clean. I'm glad we stayed there. We are planning our next holiday there.
