Lovely hotel to relax and start your hikings
The staff were very helpful and kind and always trying to help us with the kids needs. The breakfast was pretty good with a nice variation. The wellness area looks pretty new and well maintained and we enjoyed using it. The kids loved the pool and the family sauna next to it. Locations-wise it was also pretty good, close to the train station and works as a starting point for hiking, and if you come by car, there are enough parking spaces. The restaurant food was also good and the staff there were lovely. This is a place I would definitely come back.
Light switch is outside the bathroom and may wake others in the room at night.... But it is nitpicking, since most of it was perfect.

The blinds were not dark enough, it was to bright in the room. The bathroom had a glass door, when I went to the bathroom at night, the light woke my partner. The coffee was horrible. So sad.

A lot of money for old rope, don't kill the golden goose.
The room was spacious and the spa facilities were good as well. Breakfast and the overall standard of food was very nice. Most of the staff were friendly.
The mattress was not very comfortable, I asked for a double on booking.com and I got 2 twin mattresses, and the quilts were single. The instructions for my safe were incorrect and it took 2 days for staff to help resolve, where in the end I worked out the problem and advised them to update the instructions. There was not tea or coffee or fridge in the room. A couple of the staff were not very attentive around dinner service, and a little disorganised. Breakfast in the morning was mostly very good although there were many wasps in the outside area. The layout for the breakfast was not very functional. As well when they had run out of sausages or something else, they would not cook any more or provide which I thought was very poor and stingy of the hotel. As well they didn't know how to cook poached eggs and refused to cook them. I would not stay here again unless there was an improvement in the overall standard as this hotel claims to be 4 star. You got the impression that this was a high tourism hotel and neglected the customer at a more personal level.

Superb
Excellent location in the centre of the village. Breakfast was particularly good. We were a party of 8 and they reserved a table for us so we could always sit together. The rooms were well equipped with a great view of the mountains.

A great family break
The staff were fantastic - very kind and helpful. The breakfast had a very good selection, with some variety on diferent days. The room was spotless and modern, and the pool clean and warm. The whole family enjoyed the stay and we'd gladly come back.
The mattress and pillows were a bit too soft for my liking.
