Great accommodation with an amazing view on the mountains.

Everything was great. Room was super clean and spacious, view from the balcony amazing. Breakfast was very tasty and the host friendly. Location is great to visit Chiemsee and also Königssee if you are by car. I would definitely recommend it.

Merci beaucoup. В этот отпуск мы решили посетить все терма по пути из Швангау до Кёнигзее. Наша любимая Бавария!! Она красивая в любое время года. Остановились в этом доме. Все замечательно. Завтраки отличные, приветливая хозяйка. Вид потрясающий с ёлкой с видом на горы. Всем советую. Спасибо огромное за подарок от хозяйки дома. Очень приятно тем более на день рождения.

Super erholsam mit Frühstücksverwöhnpaket

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nette und aufmerksame Vermieter, die tolle ruhige Lage als idealer Startpunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden, ein liebevoll hergerichtetes Frühstück, was keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Der Kaffeevollautomat mit einer Auswahl an verschiedenen Heissgetränken hat das Frühstück perfekt ergänzt und uns jeden Tag gut starten lassen. Das Bett war bequem, das Badezimmer sehr modern und die Dusche hat einen tollen Wasserdruck. Neben den Tütchen für das Lunchpaket gab es am Frühstückstisch auch den ein oder anderen Tipp bezüglich Unternehmungen. Wir haben uns in den beiden Wochen sehr gut erholt, auch wenn das Wetter nicht so gut war. Wir planen auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder zu kommen und uns die Umgebung auch mal bei schönerem Wetter anzuschauen.

Das Sofa war für einen Fernsehabend nicht ganz so bequem.

Leckeres, sehr gutes Frühstück. Ruhige Lage, aber mit Auto gute Anbindung an Autobahn. Man ist schnell in Salzburg oder München bzw. an den umliegenden Seen.

Fam. Baumgartner als Gastgeber ist sehr zu vorkommend und hilfsbereit. Danke für die guten Infos und Tipps 😊👍🏼 Das Frühstück in der gemütlichen Stube war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Man konnte sich ein kleines Lunchpaket für die Ausflüge zusammen stellen. Dafür nochmal vielen herzlichen Dank. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und alles parat was man braucht. Die ruhige Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Region erklärt sich von selbst.

Es ist ja nicht wirklich negativ. Die zentrale Lage ist gut für Ausflüge,mit PKW alle Höhepunkt in 15 bis 60 Min. zu erreichen. Wir geben aber zu Bedenken, das Gastronomie nicht gleich um die Ecke ist. War für uns aber völlig ok. Unser Tip: unbedingt den "Mesnerwirt St. Johan" einen Besuch abstatten.
