The outdoor pool area was incredible and the restaurant area was also really nice. Good clean hotel with modern facilities and I enjoyed a lovely fish dish in the restaurant.

Room was a little hot at night without aircon but the weather was very warm.

- located in the heart of Ruhpolding and with a very nice view of the mountains and the river and close access to the city centre and everything of need - sufficient space for parking available directly at the hotel (free of charge) - very modern facilities in good condition, apparently the hotel has been modernized just recently - awesome wellness area with state of the art sauna and relaxation area - nice spaceous rooms with modern facilities and appealing style as well - the staff is very friendly and interested in making your stay exceptionell (they seem to be very motivated as the hotel is privately owned) - breakfast and the three course dinner menu are really worth it, you receive higher level cuisine for a really reasonable price. The restaurant and bar are also attracting customers from outside the hotel - we can only recommend the stay at Helds as we had a nice time with a great room (junior suite), awesome view of the mountains and a relaxing time at the spa

- towards the end of the year the hotel was packed with families including children creating a lot of noise especially early in the morning, soundproofing towards the hallway could be improved

Exceptional

The hotel is very clean and the staff were highly professional. The rooms (junior suite) are generously large and despite the nearby road the soundproofing ensures a quiet night. Breakfast is an experience so leave enough time to appreciate the local specialities and wonder at the incredible woodwork in the room. The evening meal is worth every cent and is delicious. Relax in the bar afterwards, they know what they are doing there too.

Not really a complaint, but if you rent one of their E Mountainbikes (Haibike, new and of a very high quality) you should be aware that it might not always be possible to ‚rescue you‘ if you have a breakdown (some mountain roads can only be accessed by forestry vehicles or mountain rescue). In our case we had the bike (flat tire) repaired at a bike shop and were subsequently fully reimbursed.

The best of everything was the staff. Thank you Inga for being so nice and flexible with everything. The second best is the place itself: very clean, comfy beds and the location - perfectly located between Chiemsee and Konigssee. The breakfast is very good - ingredients tasted like they were coming from my grandmothers farm.

Einfach perfekt

Wir waren beim Biathlon in Ruhpolding und konnten mit Glück im Held reservieren. Der Empfang ist professionell und sehr freundlich, so wie alle Mitarbeiter im Haus. Die Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend und gepflegt. Es ist trotz der Größe eine sehr ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre. Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich mit sehr guter Qualität. Der Barbereich ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Wir werden sicher auch beim Nächsten Besuch in Ruhpoldinger wieder das Held wählen. Vielen Dank für einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Angenehmer und entspannter Urlaub, kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen Produkten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar und gerne für einen kurzen Plausch zu haben. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben und sehr wohl. Die Lage ist super und es stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Hätten gerne den Spa Bereich genutzt, leider waren keine Bademäntel in unserer Größe vorhanden, nur bis XL.

Perfekte Erholung bei einem kurzen Aufenthalt !

Wunderschönes Hotel - uns wurde ein Upgrade für 19€/pro Nacht angeboten und es hat sich gelohnt. Bester Blick zum Rauschberg, großes Zimmer mit Himmelbett, freistehende Badewanne. Sogar für unseren Hund wurde ein Platzset mit zwei Näpfen und Leckerli bereitgestellt. Liebevoll eingerichtetes Restaurant und angenehme, schattige Tische im Außenbereich. Die Lage zentral und ganz nah am Kurpark. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Sehr schönes Hotel , modern eingerichtet, kurze Wege zu Fahrrädern in der Tiefgarage über den Fahrstuhl. Zentrale Lage im Ort.

Die Lärmbelästigung durch den Kreisverkehr zu dem unser Zimmer ausgerichtet war. Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon war nicht erholsam. Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns ein bisschen mehr Abwechselung gewünscht
