Hillside Cottage combines homely comforts with excellent outdoor space, making it an ideal choice for guests looking to explore the surrounding area or simply unwind in peaceful surroundings. The property features three bedrooms, a family bathroom, a comfortable living space, and a conservatory that provides a lovely spot to sit back with a book. Outside, the large walled garden offers a patio area with outdoor table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing in the fresh air. Private driveway parking is available for up to three cars, adding convenience for families and groups travelling together.
THE PROPERTY BREAKDOWN
The property offers comfortable accommodation across one floor, with some small level changes.
Kitchen – Cooking basics such as, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and wine glasses are provided. A washing machine is also provided.
Lounge area/Dining area – TV, two comfortable sofas, fireplace, lamp, dining table and chairs.
Bedrooms & Bathroom
Master Bedroom – King bed as standard which can be converted to two single beds, upon request when booking. Two occasional chairs are also in this room, creating a relaxing space to unwind at the end of the day. The master bedroom is at the front of the house, to the right of the front door. You need to walk through the living area to reach the bathroom.
Bedroom 2 - Double bedroom at the back of the house, with a large window overlooking the garden. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are next to the bathroom.
Bedroom 3 - Single bedroom at the front of the house, with a single bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are next to the bathroom.
Family Bathroom – Bath with overhead shower, sink and WC.
A travel cot & highchair can be provided upon request. No mattress or bedding is provided for the travel cot, you will need to bring this along with you.
Outside
Garden – Large walled garden offering a private outdoor space to relax and enjoy your surroundings. The patio area features an outdoor table and chairs, ideal for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or enjoying warmer days.
Conservatory – A lovely additional space overlooking the garden, furnished with a small table, a couple of chairs, and two occasional chairs. This inviting spot is perfect for reading, enjoying a quiet moment, or relaxing with a drink while making the most of the garden views.
Parking – Private driveway parking for a maximum of three cars.
