Location between the town and river.
Spacious apartment with a comfortable living room and well equipped kitchen. Three large bedrooms with one en-suite and a family bathroom.
The apartment accessed by two flights of stairs.
Parking outside for one hour with a parking disc but a free 24 hour carpark at the quays a short walk downhill.
The dustbins for the 3 apartments were located in the inner hall which was a bit off putting on arrival but once the apartment was accessed all was fine.

The location was great, and it was lovely, comfy and spacious accommodation. The host was very communicative and access was made easy with good levels of security in place too.
There were some minor issues around the finishing; a missing bathroom door handle for example.

Great location, roomy.
The back bedroom and bathroom clearly suffered from damp, and no attempt to hide it. Front bedroom shower had faulty temperature control. Furniture was rickety and needed attention. Kitchen had one tea towel, no oven gloves, lack of kitchen basics (eg salt & pepper).
It needed a thorough spring clean. Ground floor entrance was malodorous.
