A *Spacious* 3 Bedroom Flat - Town Centre Berwick Upon Tweed

Die Wohnung war leider in einem etwas unsauberen runtergewirtschafteten Zustand. Es gibt viele Dinge die mal repariert und gereinigt werden müssten.

Location , location, location! Comfortable spacious flat , everything you will need the property has. Parking is right outside! Purchase a parking disc from local shops , from 9-5.30 it’s free for one hour with disc , free thereafter, also free 24 hour car park 1 minute away.Honestly everything was perfect .

Location between the town and river. Spacious apartment with a comfortable living room and well equipped kitchen. Three large bedrooms with one en-suite and a family bathroom. The apartment accessed by two flights of stairs. Parking outside for one hour with a parking disc but a free 24 hour carpark at the quays a short walk downhill.

The dustbins for the 3 apartments were located in the inner hall which was a bit off putting on arrival but once the apartment was accessed all was fine.

It was a big spacious apartment very centrally located so close to everything.

It lacked a lot of the refinements needed to make our stay great. The kitchen was a bit dated and They knew we were staying as a 6 but there was a chair missing at the dinning table so only room for 5 of us. There was no grill pan to cook with and also no frying pan and no normal baking trays also no oven gloves or chopping boards so we had to buy all our own at a local shop which was disappointing. There was also only 5 towels so my wife and I had to share one until we bought another one as I did message and ask for another chair and towel but unfortunately I got no answer back. The washing machine was a bit smelly as someone had left a washed baby bib inside it and the en-suite bedroom windows are badly cracked at the very top and they have sellotape holding them together which doesn’t seem the safest thing. All in all we did have a nice stay it just would have been so much better with a bit of refining and some tlc
