The area provided experiences of awe and wonder as we explored from the beautiful and immaculate house.

The location is exceptional, the house is spacious, comfortable and beautifully cared for - provides all the essentials and more. The easy access to the sea and to the town made it a great place to walk and exploring the coast line was a highlight.

This was an exceptional property which had everything that a person could want. Everything that we needed was here. It was Extremely clean and everything easy to find. It was larger than we were expecting which was a massive Bonus. This is a property that I would go back to without hesitation and is ideally located for sight seeing.

Just what to thank Drew and Mary for such a worm welcome. It was a pleasure to stay in your accommodation.

Great location. Awesome view, the house it self one of the best I have ever stayed in. Everything you can think of is in the house. Big private parking enough at least for a van and car. Drew and Mary amazing people. We had fresh milk in fridge and lovely cake waiting for us on table. Everything clean and fresh in house. I will say if you’re looking for accommodation in this area then this is the one. 10 out 10.

The perfect holiday home

Stow House exceeds all expectations. The owners clearly take pride in this holiday home. It is excellently equipped for everything you could need and want. The bedrooms, family spaces, kitchen, billiards room are all perfect. Bathrooms perfect. Can't rate it highly enough, we will be back! Short walk to the beach, short walk to a lovely chippy, the town of Beverley is lovely too. Just perfect!

All you need and quiet, too!

Where to begin? Ah. On arrival we were greeted with flowers, a bottle of wine, and lemon drizzle cake. This is the most comfortable and inviting place we have stayed in. It is spacious, warm, and felt like home. Nothing is lacking. The house is in town and along the historic trail, and yet very quiet. The hosts are lovely people and very helpful. We highly recommend staying here.

Warm, comfortable and spotless

Warm, very clean, spacious and well equipped, excellent location. There were only two of us but this is perfect for a family. All linen including beach towels provided. Home baked lemon drizzle cake and a bottle of wine. Well stocked kitchen - both equipment and cleaning stuff. Tea, coffee, sauces etc all there and none of that dubious stuff of unidentifiable age! Washing machine and tumble dryer with washing liquid supplied. Kind helpful host let us check in early and leave our bags on check out. Close to the beach and everything in town was 10 mins away! Thank you Mary!

Exceptional well equipped cosy home

The house was perfect. Cosy, warm and welcoming. Hosts were great, lots of extras wine, cake, flowers which were really lovely. Pool table went down very well with the kids. Rooms all massive, loads of room for our disabled family member. Also very well thought out, raised toilet, walk in showers, loads of space. Fantastic holiday in a fantastic well equipped home from home. Will definitely be back

A gem.

Hosts were very welcoming. Fresh flowers, wine and home made cake on arrival, along with tea, coffee and milk. Lots of condiments. We'll stocked kitchen. Beds very comfortable and the showers were brilliant. All in all a very nice holiday let. Home from home. Well done to Mary and Drew.

Wonderful home from home family stay at Stow House once again!

You want for nothing when visiting Stow House, there is nothing that hasn’t been thought of for it’s guests. The house is immaculate, welcoming, comfortable, beautiful views and surroundings. The homemade lemon drizzle cake is always a hit with the children (the adults also… not forgetting the wine!)

Lovely upside-down house with views over the downs to the sea. Very comfortable and well equipped for all ages. Hosts were welcoming and hospitable but not intrusive. The pool table was a huge bonus.

Excellent place to stay whilst visiting this lovely part of the country.

Lovely property with a definite wow factor. Very comfortable with excellent views and everything provided for a wonderful stay. The fresh flowers, delicious cake and wine were much appreciated and a lovely touch.

Although the free wifi provided was generally good there were times of the day when is was frustratingly slow. Apart from that we could fault nothing.

Lovely property with parking right next to a decent pub and within walking distance of the beach and the town centre. Also just a few hundred yards from the railway station. The house was clean with a great lounge and kitchen

Walls are a bit thin and could hear my friend showering. He woke me up at 6am. Otherwise, no issues.

The location was fabulous - close to the centre of Berwick but also a short walk to the sea. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need including the welcoming lemon drizzle cake! We would certainly stay again. Highly recommend.
