The property was central to Berwick. It was spacious and airy. The rooms were a good size and was ideal for a family group. The parking was manageable. Sarah the host was available when needed and had provided a good background to the local locality.
With a young child a baby and a pushchair the stair entrance was not ideal. There was also a noise issue from the local pub on Hide Hill on one night, but that was a minor issue.

We really enjoyed our stay it was a beautiful big house that meant as a family of 8 we have plenty of space. The host is fantastic and came and helped us with one little problem straight away. We would definitely book here again if coming back to Berwick.
The only one tiny negative thing we found in the house was that the mattress in the back bedroom in the blue room seems like it needs replaced as the other mattresses in the other rooms were lovely but this one was hard and you could feel every spring.

Casa muy amplia, y muy equipada. Cómoda para una estancia larga. Personal muy atento. Buena ubicación para conocer el norte de Inglaterra y el sur de Escocia.
Los cierres no son modernos y se cuela ruido y frío. Algo de polvo y algún pelo de más.

We were 3 couples using Berwick as a base to go to Kelso races. Foxtons Townhouse was in a great location for us to enjoy the time we had in Berwick as well as for great local restaurants for the evenings. The property was warm & cosy and the rooms were a great size.
