Amazing flat, host and location.

Amazing accommodation with all the items you could possibly need. Sarah was an lovely host, friendly and communicative throughout and the little welcome package of food was well received. The property is large with everything you might need for a stay away and location is great for exploring Northumberland and Scotland being close to the border and train station.

Nothing, you could not do anything to make this better.

Excellent accommodation, with plenty of shared space, three comfortable bedrooms and all mod cons.

Perfect for a mother and two grown up daughters. Everyone had their own room - with attached bathroom. A lovely space - and very homely. We stayed in October- and were lucky enough to have two sunny days. Still warm enough to sit out in the very private courtyard. Berwick is easy to explore - we arrived by train. A super 3 day stay very much enhanced by our accommodation.

Building renovation noise overhead towards the end of our stay. It didn’t impact us much, but started early morning.

everything spot on for this place. my 3 sisters also loved it. would definately return.

we were in ground floor flat. Place was spotless. nice welcome pack, wine etc. milk for a cup o tea.. Well thought out and a lot of effort into this accommodation. Private, secure wee courtyard to sit out and enjoy breakfast or a drink at night. good communication as well from the hostess, emails about the parking and events inthe town. Location was central. Everywhere was in walking distance. Free parking. good range of shops and restaurants.

You would be hard pressed to find faults in this accommodation.

Fantastic accommodation which exceeded expectations

Wonderful accommodation in a great location. Shops, cafes and restaurants are literally a few steps away. The decor was really tasteful with lovely attention to detail. I can't think of anything I would change. We will definitely stay again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending to friends and family. Little details like plenty of hangers, lots of plates, mugs, glasses etc made such a difference. The accomodation was only 10 minutes walk from the train station but if driving, there is lots of free parking very close by.

we had a fabulous 4 night stay and enjoyed everything the property had to offer.

Central location. Property is secure with lovely private courtyard. Long stay carpark is literally next door to the property. The three bedrooms each had large ensuite shower rooms which was a real bonus. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The property is beautifully decorated and everything has been thought of right down to washing up liquid, dishwasher pods and kitchen foil all provided. Communications from Sarah were excellent with clear instructions for accessing the property and how to get to car park. We give everything 5 stars!

What's not to like. no suggestions for improvements as everything is spot on.

Decor, layout, comfortable, had everything we needed and little extras like welcome basket and shampoo etc. in an excellent location, parking was always very easy and nearby. Great base location for visiting local attractions, castles etc…

Amazing property hidden away in Berwick. Quality of the fittings and furnishings were exceptional. Looks new and exceptionally clean - cannot fault it at all and Sarah was quick to respond with any queries and also, provide info that helped during our stay. First choice property for the area every time!

Sensational property at a very affordable price

Value for money. Plenty space, lovely layout which made for a relaxing stay. Very peaceful despite being on Main Street in Berwick as it was up a small lane with a lockable gateway.

No parking but large car park nearby.

Beautiful home away from home in Berwick!

This property is newly renovated and the interior is absolutely gorgeous. 3 double bedrooms all with en-suites. 2 super comfy extra large sofas in the living area which fit all 5 of us perfectly. Huge TV which has all the channels along with all the streaming services too, the WiFi was very fast also! Small details like branded shampoos/shower gels were very well received also a beautiful welcome basket full of treats and necessities was a lovely touch! Even though it’s on the main high street, due to the courtyard, there is no noise whatsoever! Courtyard is a beautiful sun trap with no wind so super warm all day!

There’s no parking directly outside the property which made bringing luggage/bags a couple of trips but there is free public parking literally a 2 min walk away. We never had any issue with getting parked despite it being a very busy bank holiday weekend!
