We entered the property through an old iron gate where we met Giancarlo, and climbed the steep steps past garden terraces each with their own character to the 4th floor. Our appartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean having been newly renovated. The terrace garden was overgrown and a bit untidy but there was a clear space for a table and chairs so we could sit outside. Giancarlo even provided insect repellent spray and candles for us but we didn’t need it.
