Recently renovated and furnished with care and attention to detail, the villa is nestled among olive trees on the hills of Camaiore and offers a splendid view of the Versilia coast and the Tuscan countryside. Here you’ll find the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience: far from the hustle and bustle, yet just minutes from the beaches, historic villages, and the area’s main attractions.
With 160 m² of living space, the villa features spacious, bright, and welcoming rooms and is ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends. It can accommodate up to 8 people and features:
* 3 spacious and comfortable double bedrooms;
* a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for accommodating additional guests;
* a crib available free of charge upon request;
* 2 bathrooms, one on the first floor and one on the first floor, each with a tub, shower, and double sink;
* a spacious living room, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or on an outing;
* a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, dishes, and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.
Outdoor Areas
The true highlight of the villa is the spacious outdoor area, designed to offer you moments of pure relaxation.
You’ll find a private, illuminated pool (6 × 3 m), for guests’ exclusive use, with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a large panoramic terrace with a gazebo and comfortable sofas, an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue—ideal for hosting barbecues and outdoor dinners as the sun sets over the beautiful hills of Versilia.
Next to the terrace, there’s also a play area for children with a swing, a playhouse, and a slide—perfect even for the youngest children—so adults can relax in peace while the kids play in a dedicated space.
The garden, surrounded by olive trees, creates an even more charming atmosphere and offers privacy and tranquility throughout your stay.
One of the villa’s most distinctive features is the elegant spiral iron staircase, which adds a touch of charm and originality to the space.
Thanks to its hillside location, you can enjoy a pleasantly cool and breezy climate even during the summer, ideal for relaxing outdoors during the hottest hours of the day.

We only ask that you keep in mind that the property is not fully fenced; for this reason, we recommend that you always keep an eye on your pets, especially if they’re used to roaming freely.

Just a 5-minute drive away are the quaint village of Torcigliano and the renowned Bernardone Restaurant, where you can enjoy authentic Tuscan cuisine.

Important Information
The final few meters of the access road are typical of the Tuscan hills. They are easily navigable in standard cars but may not be suitable for particularly sporty vehicles or those with very low ground clearance.
