About this house rental
Stunning, elegant and comfortable villa that maintains its original 16th century grandeur. In the past it was also owned by Napoleon, and later Giacomo Puccini, the famous Italian composer, was a frequent guest here.
It is just a few minutes walk from Bargecchia, a beautiful medieval village on the hills of Versilia, a wonderful location, surrounded by olive groves and with breathtaking views over the coast and Lake Massacciucoli.
There is a beautiful pool (7x4 m, up to 140 cm deep, open around April-October), a large furnished terrace for outdoor dining, and a barbecue.
The 1000 m² villa has breathtaking decorations with original wood beam ceilings and terracotta tile floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people.
Ground floor: entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine), small dining room for 8 people, connection to a large dining room for 20 people, living room, another living room with fireplace, Satellite TV, stereo and CD / DVD player and a toilet.
First floor: large suite with two connecting double rooms and a bathroom with bathtub and shower head. Breathtaking view over Lake Massacciucoli and the sea.
Second floor: 3 large suites. A suite with two interconnected double rooms, access to a large bathroom with bathtub and shower head. Breathtaking view.
A second large suite with a view of the garden, consisting of a large bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower.
Finally, an attic suite with a large bedroom with a double bed, a room with a single bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower head. Breathtaking views from all windows.
Equipment: air conditioning, wifi connection, hairdryers in the bathrooms.
The price includes gas, water, electricity (air conditioning too). bed linen and towels as well as kitchen linen, baby cot (on request), WiFi. Pets allowed.
