Recently it restored the mountain house has a garden and swimming pool in the pretty village of Gorfigliano in Garfagnana. The property is divided into 2 adjacent houses that have a total of 4 double bedrooms with 4 sofa beds (140 x 190 cm), kitchen and 4 bathrooms. There are small gardens and a terrace with a table, chairs, parasol and barbecue, and there is also a wood-burning oven. Equipped with washing machine, hairdryer and crockery. breathtaking views and pleasant climate, ideal for walks in the woods, running, mountain biking and relaxing on the shore of nearby Lake Gramolazzo. Gorfigliano has all services: bar, pizzeria, shops, laundry, bank. Lucca is about 1 hours drive, Pisa 1 hour and 20 minutes, the Spezia and the 5 lands in approximately 1 hour and 30. The nearest train station is 10 km away.

We have had a perfect holiday in Gorfigliano. Away from tourists and souvenirs. We had the chance to see the true Italy. Good food and wine - and a perfect place to stay.
Our host Damiano has been very helpfull - with all the things one might need. He has helped us from the moment I wrote him and till our departure. I give my best recommandations for this beautiful oasis in the mountains of Toscany.
