A few steps lead to a double bedroom with access to a terrace with sitting area, ideal for relaxing while reading a book or just admiring the view. In the basement of the house lives the janitor, who is responsible for maintenance and gardening and is happy to answer any questions. All the facilities of the house are at the exclusive disposal of the guests. The location allows walkers to enjoy many trails in the countryside, including the famous Via Francigena. At a distance of 25 km is the city of Lucca, famous for its historical monuments and ancient city walls dating back to the 16th century. Viareggio - the heart of Versilia - with its promenade of restaurants and designer boutiques is 15 km away.
