Close to skiing, sailing, and more, this family-friendly villa brings it all within reach. With convenient covered onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the 26-minute drive to Viareggio Beach or the 34-minute drive to Forte dei Marmi Beach.

Spend some time at the nearby beach (enjoy the sun loungers!), relax by the outdoor pool, or sip a drink in the garden of this 1130-sq-ft villa, which also features a deck or patio. For a change of scenery, come inside and try your hand at table tennis, or enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

My family had an incredible vacation at this Tuscan Villa. It was perfect for us to relax at and to use as a spot to explore the whole region. It was private, quiet, amazing birds, it was also clean, well stocked and has incredible views. If you want to be living like a little hoe this is a growth spot ! The hosts were incredible and helping us with so many things! Thank you! Looking forward to returning!
