House / Villa -Charme Toscana- Camaiore close Forte dei Marmi

Stunning location, beautiful home. The road to the home was tough in a couple places but managed well. We traveled as a family of 8, four children aged 4-11 and they had a blast in the pool daily and all the outdoor space!

The house and the host Claudio were amazing. It is located in the mountains so you can relax and enjoy the view. Only downside for us was that we thought we would be closer to the sea. However, this didn't matter since it overall was simply beautiful

Our stay was very enjoyable, while we did not spend much time at the Villa, as we were running around to see all that this area offers, the time we did spend there was very enjoyable Claudio was responsive when we had any issues and the location and views are extraordinary!

The outdoor dining area is large with a very high quality lounge area and the pool area is relaxing and inviting. We enjoyed many outdoor meals and really enjoyed the atmophere at the villa Charme . The hosts were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay special and full of great memories.

Villa Charma is simply beautiful. The property and gardens are made from dreams. We stayed for 7 days and absolutley loved it. The pool was cool and inviting. The AC in the upstairs bedrooms was not very good and the guests in those rooms were not at all comfortable. The views are amazing. It's important to note that you will need a car, and you have to be prepared for the roads of the Italian countryside. These roads are extrememly narrow and toally crazy. There is two way traffic on what could be considered a goat trail. You have to honk to warn oncoming traffic of your presence because the turns are totally blind. The "town" which is listed as being 1.5 KM away consists of two pizzarias and a small store. The owners are lovely and very kind. The town of Camaiore is so quaint and wonderful. Forget your GPS and iMaps - they won't work to get you to the villa. The owner will suggest you meet him at the church. (The church is between the two pizzarias. You can't see the church from the road so you might feel as lost as we did. Our GPS took us to a vacant lot on a road unbelieveably steep and narrow. We were so very lost. The owner's assistant worked tirelessly to find us and get us to the villa. I honestly was scared to leave both because of the road and because I didn't think we ever find our way back. The owner was kind and offered to drive us to town, but also said it would get easier in a couple of days. He was right. However, the clearance between our giant van and the two houses sparated only by a small road was mere cms. It was all worth it because of how beaufitul the location was. There are fruit trees all over the property and we had fresh fruit waiting for us along with a beautiful pool and a view worthy of the National Geographic.

Mooi huis met prachtig uitzicht. Hele mooie tuin. Zwembad niet heel groot. Hele aardige en behulpzame eigenaar, Claudio. Woning ligt hoog in de heuvels.

Man muss ein geübter Autofahrer sein, denn die Villa liegt hoch auf einem Hügel und die Straße dort hin ist sehr schmal. Es lohnt sich allerdings dies in Kauf zu nehmen, da der Panoramablick der Villa wunderschön ist. Zwischen den Hügeln in der Ferne kann man sogar das Meer sehen. Orte wie Pisa oder Lucca, das Meer und ein See (nicht zum schwimmen) sind in unter 30 Minuten problemlos erreichbar. Genügend kleine Ortschaften in der Nähe laden zum bummeln ein. Es gibt viele günstige Supermärkte. Die Villa ist von außen atemberaubend. Obstbäume, sattes grünes Gras und ein saubere Pool. Gärtner kümmern sich täglich um das Arsenal. Für 11 Erwachsene ist die Villa meiner Meinung nach leider zu klein. Passend ist sie für 8-9 Personen. Die Betten sind eher hart, trotzdem konnten wir alle gut darauf schlafen. Die Villa war relativ sauber. Den Müll muss man jedoch selbst entsorgen. Es gibt aber überall im Ort Müllinseln. Leider wurde nie zwischen durch geputzt. Man muss also alles selbst machen. Wer länger als 1 Woche dort bleiben möchte sollte sich selbst Handtücher mitnehmen. Dies werden nämlich nicht ausgetauscht und pro Person gibt es nur ein Hand- und ein Badetuch. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist gut. In jedem Stock gibt es ein Badezimmer. Gasherd und Gasgrill funktionier super. Sitzgelegenheiten gibt es einige. (Aber sind alle für 8 Leute konzipiert). Geschirr ist genügend vorhanden. Geschirrspüler wäscht gut. Das Haus ist allerdings etwas älter. Darum empfiehlt es sich Adapter für die Steckdose mitzubringen. Ein paar sind vorhanden. Leider ist der Strom ab und zu ausgefallen und auch einmal das Wasser. Der Besitzer kümmerte sich dafür schnell um die Probleme und war immer erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Ob mit Aperol am Pool oder selbst Gegrilltem unter Weinreben. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen

Et flott hus og nydelig hage med et fint svømmebasseng. Vi var to familier, 4 voksne og 6 barn. Litt lite kjøkken, kjøleskap til to store familier. Ellers smale, men sjarmerende veier til huset. Aircondition på soverommene i 2.etg virket dårlig. Vi gav beskjed om dette, og neste dag ble det ordnet. Claudio var lett tilgjengelig, og en bra vert. Huset kan anbefales, men husk myggspray!

The Villa is really beautiful and it has a very nice Pool and Garden. We really enjoyed our time and the Owner Claudio helped us with everything we needed. The Beach of Forte dei Marmi is not far away and Pisa, Lucca, San Gigmiano, Florenz and Sienna can be easily reached. Watching the Sunset from the balkony of the Villa is amazing! ;-)

Schönes, geschmackvolles Haus in einer beeindruckenden Lage. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und vom Pool aus aufs Meer und in die Berge geschaut. An Ausstattung mangelte nichts, nur eine Reparatur der Küchenschubladen und eine zusätzliche Beschattung am Pool wäre schön gewesen. Zum Haus und zum Pool führen jeweils Treppen, da unsere Kinder aus dem Krabbelalter raus sind, war das kein Problem. Die Straße ist nicht unwegsam, aber sehr schmal, breiter als ein A6 sollte ein Fahrzeug nicht sein, damit konnte man aber ohne Probleme durch kommen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend.

La casa è bellissima in mezzo alla natura molto attrezzata e accogliente. Proprietari persone gentili e disponibili. 4 giorni di pieno relax da ritornarci sicuramente......

We had a wonderful experience in this villa, thanks to the warm welcome from Claudio. The villa was spacious, clean and well stocked with all the essentials. It exceeded our expectations both in location and presentation, with 4 large bedrooms, living areas and an extensive outdoor area, where we relaxed and enjoyed the magnificent views along the Versilia Coastline. The villa was located in a quiet hills of Camaiore, but with easy access to good local restaurants and grocery stores, as well the near beaches of Forte dei Marmi or Lido di Camaiore. There was also access to other regions along the coast or the internal areas of Lucca, Florence, Siena, Cinque terre. Claudio made our stay extra special and provided exceptional help with transfers, local knowledge and kitchen classes, both before we arrived and during our stay, and we would happily recommend the villa.

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza sulle colline camaioresi. La location è perfetta quanto a posizione, pulitissima e in ottimo stato. Lo spazio esterno è godibilissimo e invita a trascorrere splendidi momenti di relax sia a bordo piscina sia comodamente seduti in veranda. La zona barbecue e forno a legna è ben attrezzata e consente la preparazione di ottime grigliate di buon pesce fresco e pizza e focacce. Claudio è persona squisita, disponibile e attenta. Noi eravamo due famiglie con due bambini e tutto è stato perfetto. Consiglio questa villa a tutti senza riserve.

We spent two weeks in this beautiful Villa, close to Viareggio and Lucca. Four adults and four kids enjoyed the well equiped and airconditioned villa and the garden with nice pool area. The poolside was great for both breakfast, dinner and just relaxing out of the sun. The host was also very kind and helpful. The villa and area is a very good starting point for visiting both Lucca, Pisa, Cinque Terre, the beach and other great places nearby. Definitely a place to come back to.

Bello e confortevole, ben arredato con gusto e completo di ogni piccola cosa tu pensi ti serva. Dai libri alle candele al frullino al barbeque. Materassi e letti voto 10. Il proprietario Claudio è molto simpatico e disponibile e ti fa veramente sentire a casa. Il giardino è molto ben curato e trovi ciò che ti serve. La piscina fantastica e comoda anche per fare un party. Così la posizione della Villa offre una splendida vista a 360 gradi sulle colline, sul verde e sul mare, e rende la vacanza ideale per chi come me e miei amici avevamo bisogno di spazio, natura e comodità. Si sta molto bene soprattutto nei living esterni e raccoglie tutti in un incantevole magia, allegria... Un buon voto di accoglienza anche per gli animali come i nostri cani che si sono trovati benissimo!Privacy giusta. Abbiamo tutti vissuto una una bella energia e temo solo che avendolo scoperto e da poco in affitto non troverò più facilmente posto dato che le case belle e comode per una vacanza ideale vanno a ruba!

Without a doubt the best vacation week of our fifty plus years! And though aged just 17-23, our four children who joined us wholeheartedly agreed. What an amazing villa Claudio Salvini provides in the hills above Camaiore with a spectacular westward view to the Sea. This is a truly beautiful property, and though it has an old world feel it has every modern amenity to make your stay both luxurious and relaxing. The pool, the gardens, the privacy, the large beautiful rooms, every amenity -- all make this a great value and worth every penny. Claudio is the perfect owner as well: responsive, thoughtful and truly helpful in making our stay a memorable one. We loved the location, slightly off the tourist-beaten path, yes, but well worth it. A 7 minute drive down the hill to Camaiore (a quaint and quiet town with very friendly and accommodating merchants), and 40 minutes or so to Pisa and Lucca. This was perfectly located for us, and a short drive up to the Carrara marble quarries and not much more than an hour to the Cinque Terre trains at La Spezia. A number of excellent wine tours nearby as well. Visiting in mid-June we had beautiful weather every single day -- but even if it rained we would hardly have noticed. A great day trip down the coast to Bolgheri and then inland back through Volterra is highly recommended. We ate dinner on the beautiful deck as the sun set on the Sea beyond Viareggio. Великолепная вилла, очень чистая и уютная! Находится в некотором отдалении от города и от моря, так что необходима машина, но это вполне компенсируется тишиной, атмосферой приватности и потрясающим пейзажем. На самой вилле есть все для комфортного отдыха: достаточно большой чистый бассейн, шезлонги, сад с фруктовыми деревьями, абрикосами, финиками, сливами и др., лужайка, место для ужинов на открытом воздухе, есть wi-fi и телевидение, вся необходимая бытовая техника. За время отдыха на вилле мы не ощутили недостатка ни в чем. Отдельное спасибо хочется сказать хозяину виллы - Клаудио, очень любезный и отзывчивый! оперативно решает вопросы, всегда поможет советом и информацией. Отличное место для семейного отдыха вдали от суеты, либо с компанией друзей – размеры виллы позволяют. Невероятно атмосферное место!

Ho passato nella villa Charme Toscana un paio si settimane all'insegna del relax e della totale tranquillita'. La location e' ottima sotto tutti i profili ...dalla pulizia impeccabile della villa sia all'interno che all'esterno , dai servizi offerti tra i quali ricordo la magnifica piscina... Sembra veramente di vivere in un paesaggio incantato..tale e' stata la mia impressione che riporto volentieri. Consigliero' caldamente ai miei amici la permanenza anche per la totale privacy ' della proprieta' .segnalo inoltre il panorama, uno fra i piu' belli della zona , la Versilia , che unisce tranquillita,' privacy ma anche mondanita' . Ci ritornero' sicuramente..
