Il me fallait une localisation idéalement entre Intra Muros et Le Parc relais Paul Féval et c'est exactement ce que proposait ce logement. Pas très grand mais bien agencé/équipé et décoré avec soin et gout. le quartier est calme et l'appartement donne sur une cour intérieure.
L'interrupteur près de la porte d'entrée n'est pas fixé correctement (il bouge quand on allume ou éteint la lumière). la porte du congélateur tient avec un cale (mais ça ne gêne pas son fonctionnement) Dernier regret, j'ai trouvé la VMC bruyante (je ne suis pas habitué à avoir du bruit dans ma chambre)

La deco le confort
Les travaux à l entrée ,la douche pas agréable on a les pied sur le siphon de la baignoire et les produits de douche accroché au mur sont très dérangeant pour prendre la douche et aussi on avaient même pas une bouteille d eau au réfrigérateur
