About this house rental

The Cocoonr agency offers this superb villa for rent in the Solidor district of Saint-Malo, with sea views, just a few steps from the beach, with Wi-Fi, a surface area of 180 m² and capacity for up to 8 guests.

It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and a garden of approximately 2,000 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A living room with sofa and TV
- A dining room with table and chairs for 8 people, 2 sofas, a beautiful decorative open fireplace (not functional).
- A fitted and equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A toilet with washbasin.

First floor:
- BEDROOM 1: 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- BEDROOM 2: 1 double bed (140x190), chest of drawers, balcony with sea view.
- BEDROOM 3: 1 double bed (140x190), wardrobe with hanging space, balcony with sea view.
- BEDROOM 4: 1 double bed (140x190), chest of drawers, balcony with sea view.
- A bathroom with WC, shower and washbasin
- A bathroom with bathtub

For even more comfort, the following additional equipment is available: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Also available are a high chair and travel cot (please request when booking and we will install the travel cot for your baby). For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide mattresses other than the one already included with the travel cot. Please feel free to bring your own if you wish).

Outside:

The house is ideally located in the Solidor district, a lively neighbourhood with bars and restaurants, close to the shops of St Servan and the beach.

- Reach Intra-Muros, a beautiful 20-minute walk to the historic centre along the sea
- A market every Tuesday and Friday on Place Bouvet in St Servan, 700 m away.

- St Servan is known for its main shopping street, the Solidor tower, and the Cité d'Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, about 1 hour by car (76 km)
- St Malo ferry terminal, 5 minutes by car, 20 minutes on foot. Ferry to Portsmouth, Jersey, Guernsey
