l'emplacement était idéal

le logement était très bien mais nous n'étions pas trop adaptés à lui (l'escalier pour aller dans la mezzanine, ... nous avions 77 ans de moyenne d'âge)

C'était génial d'avoir cet appartement dans la ville de Saint-Malo et le design des pièces sont très bien avec le côté vintage/bateau. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec ma famille. Je recommande vivement.

Super d’avoir pu avoir un parking dans la ville de Saint-Malo car très pratique pour les déplacements mais la place est très serrée, cependant nous avons pu rentrer la Peugeot 2008. 😄

The flat is located in the heart of the old town of Saint Malo from where one can explore the historical main attractions. The hosts were extremely nice and prompt in replying to our questions, they arranged a very thoughtful welcome gift. Flat is relatively well equipped, one has everything needed. The flat is spacious and has great potential. Kitchen appliances are somewhat old, but all functioning. Bakeries and grocery shops are nearby, lots of restaurants and bars as well.

We chose this flat based on the great reviews in received, but we were very disappointed. The flat is located in an old building, the stairs leading to it are made of wood that is in heavy need of repair. They are rather steep as well. The garage is a plus to have within city walls, it is large to accommodate a big family car, however accessing it is very difficult with a big car. We used it one night out of three and then had to park on the street as it was very difficult to maneuver in and out. The hosts flagged all this to us, but only after the reservation was made. It would be good to be already in the flat description. The flat equipment is really antiquated in terms of furniture, mugs and glasses are quite old and partly chipped, we had to do a lot of sifting through the available ones. The flat was relatively clean, however we found big hairy dead spiders everywhere (living room floor, bedrooms upstairs, under the pillows), dead big moths on the chairs and live spiders in the bed upstairs where the kids slept. We were asked to bring out the garbage, leave used bed linen/pillow cases on the floor upon our leave, dishwasher empty, etc. To this point we were wondering what is the cleaning fee included in the flat used for. The plumbing in the kitchen needs some work as the kitchen sink emanated a very bad smell.
