Quirky, so clean, lovely location, can’t wait to go back

The apartment is superb! We loved it so much. Clean, quirky, and the linen smelt amazing. All kitchen utensils you might need. Close to the beautiful beach and minutes walk from the walls and 15 mins from the harbour. Nicolas was a fantastic host. Answered all my queries and was generally fantastic.

Great apartment, beautiful building

In Saint-Malo for a conference. Location was perfect right next to the conference center. From a tourist perspective it was also perfect, right at the seaside and less than 5 minutes from the walled city and all it's amenities. The building itself was also beautiful. We didn't register it properly before we arrived but it is an amazingly beautiful building.

Nothing really to report. Maybe some tiny things like some loose hangers for jackets in the entrance and some doorhandles that needed a turn with a screwdriver, but if those are the biggest flaws I don't think there is any problem!

if you love showers, this is going to be the compromise as not a high ceiling in the bathroom to allow standing up in the bath and shower from above. but it is worth the compromise given the flat.

The perfect mix of character and functionality in the beautiful Saint Malo

The place is ideal for a short or long stay in Saint Malo: it's located by the beach, just a 5 min walk to Intra-Muros and has it's own car park - what can you wish for more? The apartment is tastefully furnished and decorated and it was ideal for a family of four like ours. Nicolas is a very good host, he was proactive in reaching out to us before our trip with all necessary info, and on hand to answer any question.

Appartement idéal pour visiter Saint Malo en famille (avec des ados).

Bel appartement dans un très bel immeuble. Logement très bien situé, à côté de la plage et de St Malo intra-muros. L'appartement possède une place de parking, ce qui est très pratique. Chauffage efficace. Le propriétaire, Nicolas, répond volontiers à vos questions.

Le canapé a besoin d'être réparé ou changé (la plupart des lattes sont tombées et il était compliqué de s'y asseoir). Rien d'autre à signaler, tout était très bien.

Außergewöhnliches Appartement mit perfekter Lage

Die Wohnungen in dem Gebäude haben hohe Decken, man erreicht das Appartement durch ein schönes Treppenhaus. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Die Lage ist perfekt - das Haus liegt an der Uferpromenade, und nach St. Malo (intra muros) ist es nur ein kleiner Spaziergang.

Bom custo-beneficio e ótima localização.

Localização excelente, sendo possivel caminhar ate a cidade murada; estacionamento privativo em frente ao prédio; muito bem decorado. Fica em um prédio antigo que recebeu uma bela reforma/restauração.

Falta de suporte para apoio do chuveiro no banheiro, sendo dificil tomar um ducha (sempre uma das mãos tem que ficar ocupada). E isso não é dificil de resolver, é só comprar o suporte como vimos em vários outros locais. O mesanino sobre a cozinha, onde ficam as duas camas de solteiro, devia ser fechado, pois da forma como está, a luz e o barulho de quem usa a sala e cozinha atrapalha o sono de quem está neste "quarto". Outro "quarto" é um mesanino sobre a cama do quarto de casal. Enfim, o apt dispõe de somente um quarto, então não há privacidade. Para nós não foi problema, pois eramos um casal com dois filhos, mas se forem dois casais, ou pessoas sem muita intimidade, pode ser problema.

Appartement confortable, bien agencé, propre, dans un très bel immeuble calme tout en étant à 2 pas de la plage et de la ville Intra-muros. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end. Le parking privé est un atout majeur.

Tolle Wohnung,schönes Ambiente,sehr gute Lage

Die Lage in Stadtnähe max 10min und zum Strand 5min. war optimal. Parkplartz vor der Tür war für uns von grosser Bedeutung. Hier sehr gut erfüllt. Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat, war die Aufteilung der Wohnung und die sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen, auch wenn man mal keine Ausflüge machen will

Eine Dusche statt einer Badewanne wäre schön, da die Wohnung aber sonst optimal ist, kann man damit auch einmal eine Zeitlang zurechtkommen.

Très bel appartement lumineux et idéalement situé.

Esthétique de l’immeuble et de l’appartement. Déco très soignée, confortable.

Nos tailles n’étaient pas adaptées à la hauteur sous plafond de la salle de bain et de la chambre du haut (les hommes de plus d’ 1,85 m ont dû baisser la tête pour faire leur toilette). Ça n’a pas gâcher le séjour car on ne vit pas dans la salle de bains !
