The Farmhouse is one of 9 individual cottages at Old Mill Cottages. Your private garden and picnic table are exclusive to the Farmhouse. The wider grounds, including the indoor pool, sauna, tennis court, play areas, gardens, woodland and mill pond, are communal areas shared across all 9 cottages.
The pool and sauna work on an easy self-service booking system: you reserve a time slot exclusively for your cottage, so during your session it's just your group in there. Outside your booked slot, other cottages may be using the facilities too, so it's shared access with private booking windows, not an exclusive private pool.
