Excellent well equipped apartment with fabulous views over the estuary! Arrived early and advised to go into the Flame Factory from around 3pm as staff would be there. Met by Ryan and shown to the apartment and shown how things work! Very comfortable bed and excellent rain shower!
For us the stairs to the loft apartment were a bit of a challenge but we expected that and coped as best we could. Appreciated help with bags on arrival and leaving.
