Quiet location with fab views ,great to have a wood burner as it got chilly at night.
Tom and Hanna made us feel very welcome and provided free eggs and plenty of logs .
Can’t help the weather rain ☔️ and more ☔️.
But short on mugs for that warming cuppa 🥵

With the rural setting on the door step you could wonder and enjoy it anytime. We loved the stream and had a lovely time in it( just don't forget the bug repellent) we were super lucky on one of the trips to the stream getting to see a herd of deer leaping back into the forest.
Can't really say there was anything not to like, the stairs took a bit of getting used to but mastered them in the end.

That the key was in the door already so easy, That the property was very clean and big, The facilities were great, we had all we needed to prepare dinners at the cottage. Lovely and quiet and great for the dog.
The pillows were really uncomfortable and the cottages really are in the middle of nowhere so on the one night we fancied getting a takeaway we couldn't as the nearest town is 20mins away so would of been cold by the time we got it back and very little shops were ever open.
