Altogether, it offers 7 comfortable and well-equipped rooms, 9 beds distributed between both properties, and 6 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms for the greater convenience of all guests.



In addition, it has two fully equipped kitchens, spacious living rooms to socialize and relax, and dining rooms designed to share meals and special moments.



One of its greatest attractions is the private rooftop, perfect for enjoying the outdoors, relaxing, or meeting with family and friends. Both houses feature a contemporary design, creating a cozy and functional environment.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to both houses and all areas of the property during their stay.

You will have access to the seven bedrooms, living areas, dining rooms, fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms, and the private rooftop, one of the favorite spaces to relax and socialize.

The Neighborhood:

The Anzures neighborhood is one of the most attractive and best-located areas of Mexico City, recognized for its residential atmosphere, safety, and proximity to some of the capital's most emblematic points. From here, you can easily access areas such as Polanco, Paseo de la Reforma, and Chapultepec, as well as a wide range of restaurants, cafés, museums, parks, shopping centers, and entertainment venues.



Its strategic location and excellent transportation connections allow for comfortable travel throughout the city, while its calm atmosphere offers an ideal environment to rest after a day of work or exploration. Anzures brings together the best of urban life with the comfort of a welcoming and well-connected neighborhood.



Getting Around:

Getting around Mexico City is easy thanks to the wide variety of transportation options available. The metro, Metrobús, and Ecobici are practical and affordable alternatives for traveling to different parts of the city and visiting its main attractions.



If you prefer a more comfortable and direct option, Uber is an excellent alternative to get around quickly and safely, with availability throughout the city and easy access from the property.



Other Things to Note:

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines, or are located near a laundry service.



Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.



Interaction with Guests:

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy and art! We will give you recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most visited neighborhoods in the city.
